Very poor customer service! The staff is never consistent, as well as unknowledgeable.
I prefer driving a few extra miles up the road to the next O’Reillys where I know the staff is better equipped to meet my needs.

GREAT! Greeted instantly as I walked in. Clerk assisted me choosing my wiper blades, cashed me out and immediately went outside and put them on the car for me. Can't beat the service!

The store is a mess, their computer says they have parts in stock but you get there and they can't find them. Make sure if you call for a part you ask them to have it in their hand before you head up there. The employees were helpful but it was still a wasted trip.

The employee was unable to diagnose the reason for my check engine light. He told me its probably the spark plugs need to be changed. Truth is he didnt know how to use the scan tool so I went to advanced auto parts. The employee was able to do a proper diagnoses and inform me that my bank 1 O2 sensor had failed. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts for your expertise.

Decent. Didn't have loaner tools said that people stole them all. When I first walked in a customer and employee were having a disagreement about something but the other employee who helped me continued to mind his business and help the surrounding customers
