13 I'm just looking for some tiny brackets for my Honda. Even though I have to go to the dealership in the end, I stopped at 2 different stores yesterday. 1st on Sunshine close to Glenstone and then S. Campbell by Republic Rd.
Both workers at both stores were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me! I'll give the prize to the S. Campbell store this time only because they were so amazing and friendly ama the Air Conditioner was broken Folks! She didn't complain 1 time! O'Reilly's is amazing
Had a great experience buying parts at this store. Employee was able to help me find a fix for an exhaust repair that he'd used and took the time to explain how to make it work.
Had an issue with my car that required it to be bump started. Took it to this particular O'Reilly to pick up a few items to find what part of my car wasn't wanting to cooperate, and Blake Kyle, who I believe was the manager on duty went out with us to help us out. He managed to find out that the solenoid wire not receiving any power. He saved us a ton of money and trouble locating the issue.
David is the guy! Thank you David for always helping me finding accurate parts for my Hyundai santa fe. Your awesome!

I got there late before close cause i got off late, they helped me out finding a couple things and helped me find some bulbs for my headlights. It was 2 guys with pretty cool big beards. Very awsome guys thanks!

This location used to be customer service oriented but not any more. My Owners Manual did not specify the exact size/style of wiper blade needed so I asked; they specified a size I knew was wrong but we got the correct info quickly. Then he said they were not allowed to change the blade but gave me vague directions on doing it. Before purchasing it I went out & compared his "directions" to my SUV set up; they did not match. I went back inside but the first man was busy. Another employee was leaning on the counter & exuded no interest at all but reluctantly said he could look at it. He had no info, clearly didn't care, said "you can take it to a shop" & walked away!
If you need some advice or need to rent a tool then this is the place. However, you can usually get a better price somewhere else.
Wiper motor went out wanted arm assembly too they said there other store had it and we asked if they would deliver it to their store they said it could be shipped and would be there by 5pm and it’s 2pm now we have no wipers and they wouldn’t help us out by having one of their delivery drivers bring it all over to us so we had to drive in the snow with no wipers so looks like auto zone
I just had the best experience at this O’Reilly store on South Campbell. I had a headlight and brake light that needed to be replaced and I had no idea how to do it. Patrick Mashburn took a lot of his time to get the lights out and put new ones in… It was quite an ordeal getting that front one out. Now I feel much safer on the road. Thank you Patrick Mashburn… Please tell your employer that you definitely need a raise for great customer service!
The lady at the counter was very rude and hateful. She told me that my Ford fusion takes dex cool when I already knew that it didn't. Ended up taking my car to Ford and they told me to never put dex cool in my car.
