Very nice people. Helpful in finding the right part and then equally as pleasant when I had to bring it back.

Denton Keel works here, and I aspire to be like him. He is so amazing, and I just adore him. I can’t wait for the day he is able to finally accomplish his dream and become Mr O’Reilly.

The guys here are really helpful. Especially when it comes to understanding I drive a beater and just need to keep it simple.

I went in and needed help finding a part that I wasn't sure exactly what it was called. After discovering they didn't have said part the manager helped me fix my car enough to safely get home! Customer service at its finest!

They are always so friendly helpful! Anytime I need something automotive I choose them. They instal windshield wipers and batteries too! I can’t remember the man’s name but he’s black and always so willing to help. I appreciate this store!

They should put “must know minor details about cars and car parts” in the job description. Or hire an adult with some sort of knowledge to assist the kids that you have to spell things out for. Place is a joke, should make a self check out.

The older man who was working there on the morning of 04/16/23 was very rude to us and the young man who was trying to help us. It would have made sense for him to stop and discuss our needs, rather than snap at us all like we're stupid and walk away. It seems as though he has no regard for women.or, actually, anyone. The young gentleman was great!

Definitely much better than Advance auto parts. I pass 3 Advance auto parts stores just to buy from O'Reilly. At least they honor a parts warranty unlike Advance.
