9 Woke up this morning with a dead battery Got to jump left the car running for an hour came out for 5 hours later after I turned it off and it's dead.
Stop by the O'Reilly's on West Clay Spencer helped me determine that the battery was bad and find a replacement.
I'm COPD and oxygen challenged so when I was coming in with the old batteries Spencer saw I was breathing heavy and asked if he could help I said God bless you thank you very much. Not only did he help he pretty much finished the job because my breathing was not good. What a great young man / employee Thank you Spencer You helped an old man in his time of need.
As a small business owner in St Charles you're exactly the type of employee that business owners look for hard to find and sometimes tricky to keep.

Bought wiper blades online, could not for the life of me figure out how to take the old ones off. Employee was great at showing me how as well as putting the new ones on
A great place to get the parts and supplies you need in a local friendly store. They also take your recycled motor oil.
When I came here to get oil I asked the lady who was checking people out where the oil was and she looked at me like I was stupid. After purchasing oil I asked the woman if they had a funnel I could use to put my oil in and she's like there on the wall, right after the oil. They did not even attempt to come show me where it was or help at all with what kind I needed. And that's why I choose auto zone.
Once again let down by this location, not only did I call up here and was reassured I could get my part I pull up 15 minutes before closing time (8: 45) and the doors were locked and they refused to answer the answer the phone thank God for AutoZone
A month ago I went in for a 5-gallon oil and when they rang it up it was significantly higher than the advertised price but they honored what was up there. Fast forward to today I go and look at the oil on the shelf and 75% of them had no price tag at all oh, but I'm shopping it's not supposed to be a guessing game very disappointed in this location
