6I purchased items on a two year limited warranty. When one needed replaced they would not honor the warranty after seven months. I was disappointed.

Why did you close at 7pm on the 4th of July. Ava O'Reillys was open till 8pm. Cost me alot of money and time.the closing times should be the same at all locations.
I cannot say enough good stuff about O'Reilly's. They are always helpful. When our truck broke down in walmart parking lot, they came to pickup my husband to buy the part (starter), then dropped him off with the part and tools and returned twice with other tools when original tools weren't correct size. They bent over backwards to help us during this difficult situation. I highly recommend them to anyone.
