O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
17They have been super helpful everytime ive needed a part for my car & always have been gracious employees genuinely wanting to help address my cars issue.
The fella that wears cowboy boots is good at installing wiper blades, the fella without shoe strings is NOT. He installed improperly and wiper blades ended up flipping on the highway, thanks a lot.
They didn't have what I needed so the lady sent me to their other stores. I got what I needed quick & fast.
They were very helpful in letting me look at the computer with them to find the parts that were in my budget and would work the best for what I was needing.
Four employees in sight, one at the register with three people in line. I wasnt greeted or helped at all. I got tired of waiting and went to the Advanced Auto Parts down the street and was promptly helped.
Great guys put a smile on my face. One was telling me how great I smelled and the other guy working counter told me to come back when I could stay longer! Not only did I get my car parts fast and efficiently I also had an extra pep in my step as I walked out the door from the compliments.
Why go anywhere but Orielly auto parts. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They know their parts.
Very helpful. Had the parts I needed in stock that I was having trouble finding at every other parts store.
I've been to all the parts stores and hands down O'Reilly auto parts actually has employee's that have automotive knowledge and know what they are talking about!
The manager, John is super helpful, and always ready to lend his expertise and know-how to help you find what you need.
They are ALWAYS so nice and willing to help. They're friendly, and even when they've had a long day, they're still very kind and as helpful as possible. They even helped me diagnose my car's problems while it was raining.:) I ALWAYS go to them when I have any issue that can be fixed without needing a full auto shop.
This is the worst location out of the entire company. They need to take down the O'Reilly's autoparts sign, because it misleads the pontential customers into thinking that they will actually recieve customer service & be able to buy the part they need. I have been a thirty year plus regular customer & 9 times out of 10 I have to leave this store & go to your competition because your staff is incapable of courteous customer service. I attempted to contact the CEO, but he was more concerned with his golden parachute, than he was the concerns of a regular customer. I guess as long as the board of directors makes money, the customers don't matter to them. You should be ashamed.
The employees are always nice. & i get in & out of there quick. Never a wait to check out.
O'reilly isn't known for the best automotive parts but I must admit, the employees up there go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of every customer.
This is a good store
I came here because a headlight went out while driving. They were helpful in finding the bulb, and when I couldn't figure out the light fixture they helped me install it! All in all friendly and knowledgeable staff.
These guys are well stocked and helpful. They helped us track down an alternator at another store rather than just offering to bring it to themselves.
Went in for a headlight light bulb. Looked up what I needed and they had two options. The guy I was getting help from couldn't suggest which one to get. I went for the cheaper option.
