O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
19Excellent service! The staff was extremely courteous and helped me diagnose a minor issue with my car while driving across the country. Quick, Easy and they didn't even charge me for clearing my code for low coolant. Thanks for all the help!
Was going to post positive feedback but after what happened tonight, thats not an option. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow! And if she/he dont attend to the issue, I will contact the one over them.
Terrible Customer Service
It’s unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option for this review. I have a HORRIBLE experience at this location literally every time I go. The employees are not consistent with the information they give about parts, often times they are flat out rude and impatient, and most recently they refused to take back parts I bought yesterday because “their drawers were too short. ” I had to go across town just to get my money back for the unused parts. If you are in a rush or need competent people assisting you, I suggest you skip this location altogether.
No! I do not want to be a rewards member so plz stop asking. I would like good parts at a fair price so this is the place for me.
2 separate employees were very rude and condescending. Saying that parts that they sold were junk. Will not come back to this location. I spent my money at AutoZone.
Nice, helpful employees here. A very nice young man installed a battery for me and offered to help with the windshield wipers. I also always find what I need for my vehicles. A good place to go.
Super super nice salesman. Helped us to take out battery, charge battery, test battery and then install new battery and then test alternator for free. I love this shop. Thank you very much guys.
A little hard to find since not on main roadway. Had everything that I needed though for my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe.
Read online that they do free check engine light service and went in to get the readout. I have very little knowledge about cars and they explained everything to me, and after i told them about previous issues I've had they took the time to teach me a little more about the system to prevent furthur issues and how to fix the current issues. Staff is so helpful and had everything I needed to fix the problem in store (some of it even on sale). Easily my new go to auto store in Columbia.
Highly recommended. I got the check engine light on so I took it to that store and a guy name cole helped me figure out what’s the problem with my car and he was so Patient and smart. Even though I took it to the dealership before and they couldn’t figure out what’s the problem. Thank you guys
Great service friendly staff! If you have any questions or concerns they are highly knowledge they can help you get anything! Mr Forshe one of the staff who helped me out the last time was outstanding! And helped me find every part i needed!
The employees are always helpful and can answer whatever questions I might have, and give me extra knowledge on things I find very helpful.
And I love the fact that as minor as putting wiper blades on, that they do that for you!
Thank you O'Reilly.
Quick friendly service, employees will look up every make and model auto for the exact parts that may be needed for repair.
I go here for all of my car and motorcycle parts (the ones I don't have to special order, at least.). They are always friendly and helpful, and not condescending, which happens a little too frequently at automotive joints. They have fair prices and plenty of fluids, tools, maintenance parts, etc.from which to choose.
The right parts and the best prices and let's not forget the help they provide and if u have a question they can answer it.
Asked if they had PIAA headlights, they told me Sylvania was way brighter and lasted longer than PIAA. I purchased assuming they were at least similar to the brightness. After Installing they were no brighter than stock and one bulb has already gone out. $50 wasted and rather disappointed.
Knowledgeable staff and if they don't have it they can get it quick. Only place I go for automotive stuff.
Free check engine light checks. Knowledgeable staff. Parts are expensive compared to the internet but the face to face service adds a lot of benefits.
Best O'Reilly's in town. If you borrow a tool you can return it within a few days. Military discounts, business accounts. Comparable prices. Associates fairly knowledgable and they are respectful. Also use your brain if you want to return something, if you have the receipt you should be good unless it's a freaking part that you installed and used. Common sense?
