As recommendation of other doctors in different fields everyone in Kansas City metropolitan area they all said he’s number one without a doubt. If I needed to do a surgery on my other shoulder, I would definitely use him again

My daughter had her MRI over 2 months ago and this office can't even get a referral sent. I have left a voicemail for the office manager and can't even get her to call me back. I just want my daughter to get better and this business doesn't even care to do the minimal to take care of a patient.

The doctor and nurses were kind and caring. They worked with me, and helped me through out the process from my injury, through surgery and so on.
BUT
Beware if you have medicaid. This place will try to bill you, the patient, and that is against state regulations! If you have medicaid, and have received a bill, CALL YOUR INSURANCE LIKE I DID. Not the facility, but your actual insurance.

He is a great doctor and surgeon. He had a great bedside manner, is very thorough and makes sure you understand everything. He makes the visit fun.
He performed surgery on my hand in September and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I have always received prompt, courteous, and informative service at Orthopedic Health of Kansas City. My recent appointment with Dr. Jakoi was no exception.

I retired 3 years ago, barely mobile with arthritic hips and knees, and a birth defect in my left hip. I was in a lot of pain. I had my first hip replaced and after a week I was pain free. 4 months later I had my left hip replaced. DR. Eggers had the task of not only replacing my hip, but also lengthening my leg due to my birth defect. He succeeded above and beyond my expectations. I'm now pain free in both of my hips and my right knee and extremely mobile, more mobile than I've been in 20+ years. Dr. Eggers is an exceptional surgeon with A+ personality and bedside manner. I'm very grateful to have him as my surgeon and all those who work with Dr. Eggers are very friendly, professional, and helpful.

I'm glad I trusted Dr Krempec for my 2nd hip replacement. He also has an excellent support staff. Super responsive, great listeners. These people are really on top of things. Could not ask for more.

Office staff is kind and efficient with checkin and check. The doctor and his nurses were very professional and completely answered all my questions!
