Heather was efficient, accurate, and friendly. We were a group of 10 people with a lot of special requests. She handled it all beautifully. Thanks for an enjoyable dinner.

Our waiter was David and he did a great job considering our party size was 15. The hostesses were also very accommodating.

Our party of 7 enjoyed sirloins, chicken, shrimp and salmon dinners, cooked exactly the way we ordered them.

Sabrina did a wonderful job welcoming us, taking care of a table of 5, and doing a great job all around. Thanks!

I ordered a filet mignon with lobster tail, steak was made perfectly to my request, lobster tail was thoroughly cooked but not dry, mojito drink was made perfect. Our server Kelly was so compassionate, with excellent customer service. The chef brennan did an amazing job on our food.
Recommend dinning here every chance we get.

The service was great despite it being super busy but I wish I could say the food met the Outback standards. The chicken was delicious but the Mac n cheese was anything but cheesy and the sweet potato was burnt. When brought to the attention of staff all they did was apologize and say it was because the kitchen was overwhelmed. I promised my aunt I would take her somewhere else to make up for this birthday dinner.

Went with a friend on a Saturday night. Decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table. I had grilled shrimp with asparagus. Shrimp needed some more seasoning and the asparagus wasn't very good. However the service at the bar was phenomenal. The 2 young ladies were attentive, fun, and created a great atmosphere!

The server me and my wife had for lunch has given us the worst service ever the food was great

Called ahead to decrease wait time and waited longer than initial wait time. Once we arrived we were told 25 mins after calling ahead 30 mins prior. After waiting for 35 mins only to be told there was still 3 tables ahead of us when we inquired about our tables progress. Staff was not accommodating at all and unapologetic and offered no explanation to any of the situation. Extremely frustrated after waiting this long with our 3 young children as well. And during this entire time at least 1/3 if not half of the tables in the restaurant were empty. My family tries to be as understanding as possible and get some things are out of others control, but being honest and upfront about the situation goes along way. My family left the restaurant before getting seated and got right in at Longhorn Steakhouse and had extremely hospitable staff and a great meal. We typically love Outback, but will not be returning to this restaurant. As a mom of 3 on a vacation very disappointed for wanting and choosing initially to wait for one of our favorite restaurants only to be let down.

Sabrina was absolutely incredible. She took so much time to talk with us and take care of us. We couldn’t help but notice that the service method has changed. There isn’t a singular server per table anymore, they have multiple people serving each table. I believe they’re trying to increase customer satisfaction and sales by being more hands on, but at the same time, it’s really taking away the personality and value of the visit. I myself, I’m sure others, and I’m sure the staff, would prefer that our tip went fully to the person taking the most care of us. I hope things are reevaluated for everyone’s sake: (

Sabrina was a great server at the St Charles MO location. She went above and beyond to make our meal great.

We miss some of the old menu items (wedge salad and the old potato soup recipe, in particular), but Heather was an awesome server and we had an amazing experience at this location.

In the realm of dining, where taste buds soar,
I ventured to Outback, seeking flavors galore.
But alas, disappointment gripped my soul tight,
As I tasted a sirloin, stringy and full of blight.

The vision of succulence, oh how it did fade,
For this steak, alas, was not properly made.
With each chew, I encountered fatty resistance,
A culinary creation that lacked any persistence.

I pondered the notion, should I have stayed home,
Where the flames of my kitchen could have freely roamed?
Where the sizzle of steak would grace my own pan,
A chance to craft flavors according to my plan.

For a steakhouse, Outback fell short, I must say,
The sirloin lacked tenderness in every way.
To recommend it, I cannot in good conscience do,
As the disappointment left my taste buds askew.

But let us not dwell on this single dismay,
For dining experiences differ from day to day.
Perhaps Outback's other offerings delight and enthrall,
But their sirloin left me yearning, disappointed overall.

So, dear food enthusiasts, take heed of my tale,
Before setting foot in Outback, to dine and regale.
For there are times when home-cooked steak prevails,
And the disappointment of restaurants, it surely pales.

Amazing! We are switching from Longhorn to Outback from here on.
