7 This is without a doubt one of the most customer service oriented companies that we have ever hired. The products that we have purchased from them have always been great, but the customer service is impeccable. Everyone that we have been in contact with has been extremely helpful, polite, a pleasure to speak with and have in our home. There are very few companies that are still in existence today that treat their customers with such care and respect AND they get the job done extremely well.

Family run business for decades. Great selection of blinds and shades. I took in a horizontal shade for repairs to the cords. They had it done in a couple of days. So far very happy with my experience.

Plantation shutters and some blinds installed today. On a scale of 1 to 10 regarding the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installers (proud sons of a family owned business) I think I'd rate it as a 15. I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend them to anyone, any time.
