I and my wife initiated the leasing application in early July for the move in at the end of August. With the help of Veronica, we were able to get assigned to a unit and we were told that, that unit is not ready to be entered and viewable, as work is going on, so we looked at the unit from outside and requested Veronica, if there are any other units available for our move in date, to which she bluntly said no and said renovated apartments are available, which are a bit expensive.
Here, by God's grace, we met Clay. Clay helped us by giving the list of units to select, I wonder why Veronica said there are no units available, and I also wonder why she treated as if we were not worth of being helped in selecting a unit.
So, with the help of Clay, we were able to select a unit, with which we were very happy and got the lease finalized by the leasing office and by us too.
But we came to know that the lease application got canceled, and that too we got to know this, when we called them, to help us in logging in resident portal. They canceled without our knowledge, and they did not even feel the need to let us know.
On that day, Clay was on off, and I was trying to know why the lease got canceled and what I heard from Veronica baffled me. She was saying that I might have sent an email requesting for unit change, for which the lease got canceled. I wonder how anyone can blame so without knowing the reality.
The next day, Clay, let us know that the lease got canceled because they wanted our unit to make it available for anyone who is moving early than us.
And here we are waiting again for a new lease.

Indeed! Renew does send tenants to court! I was one. Over 30 tenants were in attendance that day. Judge kept repeating. You're ALL from same property! Doesn't that say something. Tenants are refusing to pay rent because of living conditions. Bugs, gun shots (crimes committed), car and property vandalism, electrical issues, amateur maintenance, walls caving in, floodings, and unprofessionalism in leasing office. Among other things. Don't be fool by minor fixtures. Over $1400 a month and I can't use my dishwasher for over a year. Don't live here. Site for pictures will be posted soon.

I am looking for apartments but once I've seen the most recent reviews I changed my mind.
Please work on getting the reviews back up and compete with other Residential apartments.

5/16/2023 believe it or not, they haven’t fixed the problem yet since 4/4.4/4/2023. Emergency water leak since Feb and no one cares to "actually" fix it so you have to live with it?
Oct 2022. I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex. Multiple issues and no on is interested fixing neither listening. Office employee would not help out with any issues, maintenance team would take over 2 weeks to fix things (and you have to keep calling the office multiple times to remind them that you have a work order even if it's an emergency).
Apt is fine, a little old but no major issues with heating/AC or cleaning this year.
If you know you can fix things yourself without needing any help you should not have too much of an issue.
Check all appliances, floor, and toilets before moving in bc they will try NOT to replace anything after you move in and have your lease signed.

This apartment complex is absolutely horrible. DO NOT RENT HERE! The new management company is heartless and sent half their tenants to court for minor delays in payment even though they weren’t holding up their end of the property management agreement. Now they are trying to charge my friend $7K in move out fees because she had to move out of that unlivable apartment. They didn’t fix any maintenance issues including not having heat in December (they dropped off a tiny space heater in response to her maintenance request). Since day 1 this apartment complex has been a disappointment and it’s only gotten worse & worse.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I have lived here less than a year and I have regretted it every second. My guest bedroom floods every time it rains and they said they would fix the problem and they never did. And back on December I had a pipe burst in my master bathroom and since then I've had a vanity sitting in my master bedroom. No apology provided and they showed no urgency to fix the situation. Not even a reduction in rent due to the issues in my apartment. And they only offered a transfer to another apartment 4 months after the fact. And when I refused transfer and tried to get out of my lease 2 weeks early they said I have to pay a fee to break my lease. Even though I've had problems since day one of moving in and I truly believe they couldn't care less as long as they get their rent money. They have new management but I highly doubt that this complex will get any better.

I honestly could not be more disappointed with this place. The staff need training on how to manage a building. Instead, they all have superiority complex's because they are under the impression that if you have lowered your standards enough to try to make this place a home you won't have the money to bring them to court and sue them for the unlivable circumstances and constant neglect. My heat was not and still barely works, at one point it was below 30 in my apartment and I had to use the fireplace, stove, and several space heaters just to keep myself from freezing to death. Only one burner on my stove works and the oven doesn't work. One of the two bathrooms don't work and the water pressure is a light sprinkle. They do not complete your repair requests instead they just mark them as complete. Don't try calling the emergency number because nobody ever returns your call. I pay $1300 a month to live in a shack that does not have heat or air conditioning, my neighbor is addicted to pills and continuously knocks on my door, none of the amenities they advertise are in commission, oh and they are heartless. $111 late fee after 5 days and they give you an eviction notice when you're barely two weeks late and try to make a payment arrangement.

If I could give it 0 stars, without a doubt, I would, terrible attention from the employees, after filling out and paying for the application they treated us like garbage, they asked us for requirements that we did not have days after filling out the application when we had clearly asked before what required if they can never visit that place it will be the best choice of their lives

Terrible! Would not recommend, I wish I could give negative stars! -10 stars. The staff is rude, they never answer the phone or return phone calls. Maintenance issues are never addressed. We haven’t had AC since we moved in. They have ROACHES! Property manager is rude and obviously hates her job. It’s unacceptable to be rude & have an attitude with tenants! Please save yourself the money and headache because Oxford Hills is not worth your time!

Waste apartment and waste management. I have been staying here since 10 days and heater is not working, no hot water from 3 days too. Don’t join here and don’t waste your money

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is nothing like it seems on the outside. The staff is very very rude and not people friendly. Especially the current property manager. If you don’t like your job then quit. She gave so much attitude and all the huffing and puffing, eye rolling is unacceptable especially to someone that is child. Buildings are nasty and are never kept up to par. Maintenance is never on top of anything and they never come by to look and fix things like they’re supposed to. Also if you like squatters living in your buildings then this is the place for you! Random homeless man sleeping in the laundry room because the door that is supposed to lock, doesn’t lock! They were supposed to “fix” the door months back and never did. 100% do not recommend this place.

Pros:
1. Space and the location. For the price, they offer spacious apartment. Location is also good for accessing downtown and county.
2. Common space: Pool and Gym are also okay.

Cons:
1. Maintenance: should talk very least. They only fix small and cheap stuff. If something goes wrong then you have to wait long to be fixed. Even it is fixed in short span of time you are expected to request for the same job.
2. Staff: Mostly desk staffs are least known or least bothered about the property, as a result they act very rigid to avoid stuff they do not know. If your call is answered then it is miracle.
3. Smoke: Too much smoke in some apartments. If you are okay with smoke (mostly cannabis smoke), then it is the perfect place.
4. Safety: It is generally a safe area as lot of police patrol goes around. However, recent developments in this community are disturbing. Most of the street lights out and management needed to take care of them.

Never seen staff this incompetent and rude. Called multiple times a day and never heard back from them, their lunch break is 4 hours everyday so have fun reaching them. If you want to contact them come in person and hope they are there. Go somewhere else if you can, many places better than this.

Just give star for the sack of giving review we just moved here 2 week ago our thermostat stopped not working from day one and we didn't bath for past 3 days because of hot water issues in apartment alert: please don't move here save your money and time.

Valla them and ask questions about something, it will take 30 seconds before they start yelling and giving you the attitude.

I scheduled a visit with Oxford Hills office for an apartment. They never scheduled my visit on their calendar even though the time slot I picked was offered by them and I confirmed that it works for me. However, I can understand this can be result of miscommunication. But my interaction with staff is what frustrated my the most and reason for one star. They were very rude and cold. They couldn't explain what happened on their end. Initially, they denied any communication with me. When I showed them my email communication with them, they denied receiving my affirmation. All in all, a horrible interaction for me, I will be looking for places to rent somewhere else.
