They scheduled me for the work I needed with only a 3 day wait. And then went above and beyond on the scope of worked without an additional charge.
It only took one day for our rear bumper to be replaced including a scuff cleaned up and painted on the back quarter panel.

Had a rear panel accident. After looking Ozark bodyworks was the only one Nissan certified and on my insurance link. I read reviews and seemed like a good place to go. From the moment I stepped foot in the door it was the best experience ever. Devin (sorry if that's spelt wrong) was amazing and friendly. He made it so easy to deal with the process from start to finish that I was shocked how easy it was. Thank you to the whole team who helped to get my car looking brand new again!

This is the only place you should take your vehicle for body work in the greater Springfield area. They do outstanding work and even go above and beyond with buffing out extra spots.

Excellent repair shop, I highly recommend going here if you need any work done. The staff is so friendly and they did a wonderful job with my car and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. The repair was expected to take a week and I thought that it would’ve ended up going over that but nope they had my car for five days and that was it. I definitely definitely recommend.

I had an appointment for Monday morning to have work done and was told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday morning I received a call that my work was done and I could come get my car. Devin also told me that the bill would be less than what he originally quoted me because the price of one of the parts was less than he had told me. (A pleasant surprise!) They not only repaired the car, but they cleaned everything; they straightened the bent License plate and made my car look better than before. They were fast, efficient and very professional. I would definitely use them again, but I hope I don’t ever have to.

I had to have a bumper replaced due to an accident. They painted the bumper also and you can't even tell someone hit my car. Ozark body works did an exceptional job. They even cleaned the complete outside of my car where it was shining like a brand new car. They also have excellent customer service and got my car finished in timely manner.
