Ozarks Healthcare Behavioral Health Center reviews
7 I just left after waiting an hour and a half for an assessment.
You cannot do this assessment remotely nor make an appointment. Walk in and wait only.
GREAT system for someone with acute depression and thoughts of self harm.
A complete waste of my time after driving 40 miles one way for this.
Worst Mental Health Services for Children I have ever experienced. Dr. Milton.you sir are something else.
Unprofessional, mediocre and biased.
Go somewhere else this place is an absolute joke.
I don't understand the bad reviews. I came from another state and you really don't get how thorough the support is here. They are great. I feel like I have an entire team behind me. Best care I have received in 20+ years. You get what you put into it. They are great.
The first appointment that gets you nowhere will cost you your whole day… bring food, drinks, and a tent, it’s going to be a while!
They will say you have to come in early for a “walk-in only first assessment”, this will lead to you filling out paper work and then being told you will have to wait a good two or more hours for the first available doctor to go over things that could’ve been done over the phone along with the paper work, and the scheduling of the appointment.
You then will be told that you have to come back for another appointment in order to get prescriptions/actual help.
Long story short they’ll make you waste hours of your time, won’t actually help you until the second visit, and basically have you do all their administrative paperwork for them… oh not to mention the food you’re going to have to buy to make the hunger pains stop from you likely waiting through a meal, the gas you spend, and the clearly little care they actually have for their patients.
I really was in need of help for my child I got 0 help this is definitely not good experience I called left messages no reply makes me sad for the future with mental health.
