The staff are super personable and accommodating and Dr. Roberts seems to truly care about his patients and finding a solution to their pain.

Help with my ankle pain is not available. Dr. Roberts prescribed an “Ankles Flare Emergency Kit” consisting of 3 meds to help me get through my flares. Always helpful but there’s not much that can be done about my pain other than medicate it.

Asked why dr. Roberts doesn't manage pain with medication in between procedures I was told by a member of his staff and I quote " dr. Robert would rather see his patients in pain then take a chance on a liability " can you imagine hearing this from your pain management clinic? Was the last visit I made won't be returning, ozark healthcare would be well to replace him with a dr. Who will manage patients pain from very first vist.

Dr Roberts and his assistant have been great, I've gotten relief I have not had in a long time. Thank you to him and his staff.

They listen to your concerns and design a plan that works for your needs, and explain what they are going to do to help ease your pain, listen to your questions and answer them in a way you can understand

Was very thorough in explaining everything. Listens to what you have to say and has great bedside manners.

The first encounter with all the Dr. Offices is the main desk. Everyone must check in there. I arrive 15 minutes to my appointment time and spend 20 minutes waiting to chck- in. Not enough help a main floor check- in desk
The office seems to almost always run late!
Many times over 20 minites. Now I have been in the professional building for 40 minutes in some cases. This is not acceptable!
My time is also valuable.
The pain management office is friendly & has knowledgeable staff.
My Doctor is kind, and knowledgeable of my conditions
He understands treatments that could bring down my pain levels. I believe he has to follow rules & meet certain criteria to find treat the core issues
of my pain.
The insurance companies seem to be the ones over riding the doctors treatment plans.
They are not my thedoctor!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

My wife went in with severe back pain. The options given were physical therapy, a shot, or surgery. She decided to try therapy first. The physical therapy did not work.

So, she had a follow-up appointment already scheduled. She called beforehand to ensure she would get the shot, and the receptionist said yes, no problem.

Her appointment was with Dr. Caron, who we then found did not do shots, so the receptionist either lied or had no clue. She had to make an appointment with Dr. Roberts and waited over a month to see him. Mind you, she is in pain almost constantly.

She was so looking forward to some pain relief.

On the day of her long-awaited appointment, we showed up to find Dr. Roberts was not in. Instead of scheduling her for the next day, they rescheduled her for another month and a half later. It was not her fault Dr. Roberts was not there as he was supposed to be? Why should she have to suffer another 1.5 months?

Why didn't they call to tell us about the cancelation? Then we would not have wasted time and gas.

We are going to a pain management center in Springfield, where we hope they care for their patients.

The problem we had with Ozarks Healthcare was only with pain management. We haven't had problems in other departments, at least so far.

The people were all very polite and curious. We were in and out quickly. But the Dr's office didn't follow up with a call like my other Dr's do.

Gives no kind of pain management at all. Done several procedures but left in pain in the meantime. Unsure if they are able to prescribe medication or know what management means.
