9 I got my hopes up to try this place, I’ve tried all of the competitors and thought they were okay. First of all the staff were all great! The food was just fair, the chicken and steak was lacking in flavor: (
The sauce was pretty good as was the queso. The standout were the chips, perfectly salty with a great cook on them. I’ll probably try one more time to see if it improves.
Tonight was my first time ever going and I got a salad with roasted corn, veggies, chicken, black beans and sour cream. It was delish! Edit: The queso was also fabulous!
5 younger men at the counter ordering. No mask. No one told them to leave or get a mask. You don't want to see some kid talking with no mask on over open food!
Honestly, I was having a bad day. But then I went to Pancheros and the employees’ positive energy restored mine. They were so friendly and helpful, and made it an all around delightful experience! And as always, the food was delicious.

Came here for my first time today. My friends ordered to-go the other night and I saw good the food looked and smelled. Walked-in, and the staff were incredibly friendly, and told me everything that was included with the burrito that I wanted and what cost extra. The food was as good as it looked AND they mixed all the ingredients together before wrapping the burrito. Game changer.that made it all the better. Will definitely be going back.
Told me they were making my food. I went out to my car for 10 minutes, and they wouldn't make it. They kept making orders of people who came in, however. Really obnoxious.
Not a fan. It was ok. There's nothing that makes them stand out from the countless other burrito places honestly.
Every time I come to Columbia I stop by this restaurant. The food is outstanding. I am very impressed with how clean they keep their restaurant. Very sanitary. See for yourself how clean it is! I am very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Very respectful. Please open up more Pancheros especially open one up in St. Louis! Keep up the good work!
