Waitress was just so unfriendly. The other waitresses were nice, the other customers in the restaurant were supper friendly but the waitress we had was dry, cut me off several times when I was trying to say my order, she was not attentive, did not smile and made it seem like we were a bother. On top of that, the food wasn't great. For the quality of the food it was definitely over priced. Margaritas were $14, according to the people i was with the drinks were good but over priced. Definitely would not recommend this place. We ate at alot of places during our week long stay which we would definitely revisit. This is not of of those places.

Very nice staff, they helped cover each other's tasks and tables. Food was good, the Fajitas for two fed my wife and 2 boys (11 &10).

Easy access for powerchair. Absolutely wonderful food. The Branson platter was delicious and filling. Flavor was SUPER GOOD. Place was clean, food was served quickly. The waitress was kind, sweet, and friendly. Overall, a great place.

Expect a wait, but the food is definitely worth it. The staff is really friendly.

Plenty of parking but no dedicated motorcycle parking.

Bathroom was clean.

Now for the food. Excellenté! Authentic TexMex and delicious. Generous portion sizes, too.

The worst food we have experienced in Branson. Walmart pre package steak strips got this place beat! The cheese dip Was disgusting and looked like mayonnaise. My whole family of 4 hated everything there.

First time here to eat. We tried a few other times when we visited Branson but it’s usually very busy unless you go when they first open or near closing time. Hands down best Margaritas we had. Service was slow and attitudes were present. I’d still return for the Margaritas even if they threw it at me they were so good. We didn’t eat but just had chips and salsa bc we wanted to DRANK. Margaritas are doubled up, a bit pricey but they add more to the mix.

Great place to eat if you want to starve to death. My mother and I ate here and had a bad experience. They put mostly cheese in our tortillas and hardly any meat. We had to order rice on the side because it did not come with our meals.

I’m convinced this place is only open due to tourist because there is absolutely NO WAY locals visit here. I ordered the Taquitos that we’re supposed to be “hand rolled”. I was served store bought frozen taquitos! When I was asked how I liked my food by our waitress, I told her it was terrible, she just said “sorry” and walked away. Never offered me anything else just “sorry”. When we received our ticket, she adjusted it by taking 6.00 off for the 12.00 frozen store bought taquito meal that I only took a few bites of! If you are visiting Branson please PLEASE avoid this place at all cost! Unless you want to be served frozen Tex Mex food that you can buy at your local grocery store!

Waitress was horribly rude to my youngest daughter and when we were leaving, pushed pass my middle daughter who was 7 months pregnant with out saying a word.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I have honestly never experienced someone being so rude to a guest. Absolutely unbelievable.

The food was okay, service was TERRIBLE and will absolutely never eat here again.

We realize it’s Black Friday night, but place wasn’t that busy.service was AWFUL! She put our food down and never came back to the table.we didn’t have drinks the whole time! Served my 5 year old son a FROZEN corn dog.wasn’t even cooked! Then at the end, when we explained how she pretty much forgot about us, she got extremely rude! Very terrible.we even hyped this place up before hand. SAD.

I can only say that our poor experience may be resulting from a worker shortage, nonetheless it was disappointing. Upon our arrival it did not appear to be busy so we proceeded to enter. People were walking out with go-boxes and seemed generally happy, so we were expecting a good experience. Walking into the door, the cash register was manned and taking care of customers paying their bill. We were told someone would be with us promptly to seat us, so we moved out of the way for customers entering and checking out. Peering into the dining room, it was at about 60% capacity and most of the other 40% of tables needed to be bussed badly. The waitressed were buzzing about and we noticed some tables that may have been ignored just due to the body language of the customers residing at these tables. Five minutes had expired and it was like we were ghosts, servers were walking by us as if we didn't exist, not a "Hello", "Welcome", or even a "Be with you in a minute". The cashier left the front area to assist in the dining room and I witnessed one of the paying customers just leave his check with cash at the desk because he was tired of waiting to pay. At this point almost 10 minutes had passed and other than the initial acknowledgement we had no communication from anyone. It was at that point we decided to go somewhere else. It's a shame because the food we did see appeared to be good. Needless to say I'm not sure I will give them a second chance based on this experience. As they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

There is no staff shortage here! We popped in on a busy Saturday night with a table of 11 and received exceptional service. They were hustling, the food was excellent, we had such an enjoyable evening. It was nice to be able to go out and eat just like we used to!

We went in at the end of a busy night. It took quite a while to get waited on. The food is not good for the price. Only good thing good was the white cheese dip and my small $9 margarita. Staff was friendly. I would definitely pick another place if your looking for Mexican.

Pancho Villa's staff and food has always been great. It is Mine and my husband's favorite ace for Tex- Mex food. My favorites are: fajitas and enchiladas. We have lived in Branson for 9 years.

Very good food. Our waitress wasnt the best and after I paid for dinner and tipped her 20% my wife went up to a waitress who had been working hard and gave her a huge tip. If our waitress had been better then id have given the 5th star
