Pancho's Mexican Food, Belton MO

The food was good. My daughter's quesadille was burnt. My poor grandson had two tacos and had little meat and cheese and A LOT of lettuce.

Food is great, the staff is even better, you might have to wait a little but that’s b/c they are honestly always so busy and you have to take into consideration there pumping out Real Mexican Food almost at a fast food pace. You can’t go anywhere and get that kind of food at the quality, speed or price that Pancho’s offers.

Food is good but a little pricey for what it is. Service was not great but not awful either.

Tacos were ok, breakfast burritos much better tasty, big, piping hot. Chorizo had potatoes and plenty of flavor. So big I brought my steak burrito home.

I have always loved Panchos from their restaurant downtown, food truck to Olathe KS and now basically my backyard. They are super friendly and the food is always fresh and tastes great. I am pretty sure I have it delivered 3 times a week. And drive there once a week. Their California burrito tastes delicious but their crazy breakfast burrito is insane.

My torta carne asada was dry and the meat was in slabs not chopped up. They only have corn tortillas for the tacos not flower. Hot sauce was ok. The service was ok and they had the food out pretty quick just wish that it wasn’t dry and had more flavor.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's decent food for a good price. It's fast with good service.

Food is always good and fresh. They are always open. Get you a breakfast burrito. You'll be glad you did.

I Pickup Lots Of Ubereats Orders From This Specific Location. Great people, Excellent Service, Fast & Efficient! Even Got Something For My Small Wait!

I've lived in the area for a few years but never tried this place before. All i can say is WOW. This was authentic and delicious. I ordered the super nachos. They were great and it was a substantial amount of food. The person helping us was really nice. They've earned me as a loyal customer.

Several people at work had gotten pick up orders brought to them at weird hours that most places would be closed at. Everyone said they had good food. Kept wanting to stop in and get something. One day out running my Mom around while her car was getting worked on we stopped in. Place was very clean and not flashy like a lot of restaurants are. Was wowed with all the things you could order from the overhead menu. Lol.had to tell the order taker guy to give us a sec since it was our first time there. Mom picked out tacos fairly quickly and I being a burrito kind of guy was trying to figure out just the right one I wanted. So as not to take too long I picked out a combo meal that came with two burritos, rice, and refried beans. We found a seat and it wasn't long at all before they brought our food to us. My eyes must have bugged outta my head when I saw what was on our plates. The two burritos I received looked like enough food for four people and had enough rice and beans for at least two or three people. I'm NOT kidding one bit. They do not skimp on what you get. The plate i got was around $11 something and I had to double check to see if they under charged me. The tacos were nice size and had plenty of meat and other ingredients. Mom said she hadn't had tacos out that tasted that good in a long time. My burritos and rice and beans were also excellent! Again, I love a good burrito and usually clean my plate, but folks there was so much food I could only eat a half of one and parts of the rest. Definitely needed a to go box and was embarrassed to ask for one.lol. All in all you won't go wrong stopping in and getting your belly full. Plenty of food and prices are not bad at all. Friendly and patient folks that work there top it all off. This place beats the old DQ that use to be there by far. You won't be disappointed, get what ya want and enjoy it!

If I could I wouldn't give them even one star, what a disappointment, almost 70 dollars for 2 people, omg, it's not a luxury restaurant, super expensive 69.98 for dinner for 2 people, we ordered 4 tacos and an order of quesabirrias and 2 sodas, In addition to being expensive, the worst was the cold tacos, tortilla and cold meat, without flavor, the quesabirrias smelled sour meat, total disappointment, do not waste your money coming to this place.

Came in the other night after moving some furniture.

Got a birra plate and 2 fish tacos combo.
They gave me a big flour shell for the plate. Assumed it'd come with corn so make sure to ask!
It seemed like it was cooked to order and I thought the birra meat tasted well.
Rice and beans were pretty standard!
My partner thought they put alot of sauce on the fish tacos.

New Ponchos always good. Great portion size, friendly service. I debated whether to post or not because I wanna keep this place to myself.but sharing is caring.sigh.

The food is always fresh and fast, I tried the California burrito and I plan to return for more breakfast burritos and many other dishes on the menu, I definitely recommend it.

A burrito plate special. A enchalotta taco combo. Nachos with guacamole and cold cheese and a drink. 50 bucks more rice and beans than meat. Tasted great I give it that much. I've ate at all the ponchos around town. Open and closed Montezumas revenge is real

Mixed breakfast burrito was good but the red and green water packets they call salsa were not worth opening.

Came in to the store with no welcome and just grumpy faces it seemed. Order food and it was very good portions and tasted good. Didn't hear a thank you or anything like that. And when we left we had no thank you or come back again or anything. Not good costumer service at all.
Put it in perspective we were looking at what to order and there was a employee on the cash register messing with it and paid no attention to us and didn't even say hello. Then he went away and someone else helped us. Not very friendly at all. You would think for a somewhat new resturaunt they would be on their A game with their customer service but no it was not that way. Conclusion food and portions were good just the customer service left me leaving thinking about how I don't wanna come back just because of that. Hope customer service will be more focused on in the future!
