It's 4 PM in the afternoon and you have no food, This is not one of the best panda places to come to.

They never have ICE, they over charged me for a BOWL and the staff is rude. I will not go back to this place.

The work ethic and customer service of this place is consistently awful. Used to come here on the regular a few years ago and it was great. In the past year, I have tried three different times to give this place another chance and have ended up walking out 2/3 times. This was the last chance. If you’re in the mood for Chinese food, go somewhere else.

Noone cares.not good. Wait for 30 minutes or leave.never again. Online order takes 35 minutes after pickup time.

It’s 6 pm on a Sunday and I walk in and they supposedly are only accepting online orders. I try to order online and I can only order one entree item. Doesn’t make much sense!

They wasn't taken any orders other than online! I put my order in at 6: 16 pm. My order was due to be picked up at 6: 25! I never received my order an I left the location at 7: 07 pm! Every time the team members came out to give out orders I was asking about my order! She never came out with it. Their where people walking up placing order while standing rite there in line that received the food before I did! I also asked for a refund the young lady told me I had to go back on what ever website I order it on. Which was their website! I actually went some where else an ate. An when I got a chance I called the store back an spoke with a manager an she requested a refund for me. A whole hours waiting an got no food. Never again will I ever patronize that location. Richmond Heights St Louis location! They really socks there!

We enjoyed our food, so I'll rate 4 stars because what we did eat was delicious, however they didn't have any fountain beverages and were out of teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. While we were eating in they were having to tell many people that things were out or gone (like beyond meat, for example, was completely gone.) They were very kind and apologetic and offered us a free appetizer for the trouble which I appreciate and it's not the workers fault they have shortages, but management should definitely evaluate & plan their inventory better!

Always Short staffed. Never open. Will leave a sign on the door to call and order and will not answer the phone. Just close it down!

I give as good as I get. With that being said.

I had a Doordash order at Panda today. I arrived at 7: 55. Pickup was due between 8 - 8: 09. I made the register person aware I had an order. After waiting until 8: 30 for the order, I got in line. I was told to CONTINUE TO WAIT, because incoming customers are served before online customers. Are you kidding me? Because I had to wait, the customer did not get everything they ordered and were very dissatisfied, displeased. I could say more but.

This type of service and lack of respect to online customers is absolutely unacceptable! Like really! Then.to top it off, I ordered a small chicken entree for myself.hard as a rock. RIDICULOUS!

Soda machine has been out for weeks. Asked why and they said talk to the manager not me. They were out of food the other day. Get it together!

This location has poor supply ordering management. They are consistently out of super greens making this particular location a poor choice for those on low carb nutritional diets. I’ve come multiple times and have never been able to order these vegetables. The only other alternative is carb-filled rice or sodium noodles.

Drink machine was down. No ice was available. No cups to keep sauce on the side. Half the food line was empty or waiting on food. Store seemed to be unorganized and unprepared to be open. This was at prime lunch time.

I cannot, in good conscience, rate a restaurant experiencing "staffing issues" with anything more than a one-star rating. Managers and owners need to pay their staff more and provide better working conditions. If nobody wants to work, look at the common denominator: the companies that suck to work for.

There is nothing wrong with the staff or the location itself, just how this location is managed.

Great food, depending on the time of day the employees are hit or miss, this location is always busy.
