Fast and good Chinese food. Prices are reasonable and the resetauarant is clean. Location is a bit of a pain, but worth it for some good food.

Quite pricey and I've eaten other panda express locations and this one was the worst! I was there during rush hour but out of sweet sour chicken and many others, c'mon! Got orange chicken and help me not sure but some kind of vegetable dish w fried rice. A 1 on 10 scale. Over $40 for 3.

Everyone should read the great history of this company. The sacrifices made to grow. Still family owned, not public and no franchisees.

For some reason the food here doesn't taste as good as the other panda express. Not as fresh, don't really chop up the chicken teriyaki like the other locations either

Today was not as good as other times I have been there. Food pans were empty. The extras were over cooked and too hard to eat.

The app is horrible. If you finally get it to work you may as well have just gone to order in person. Staff is very unfriendly.

The food is great but if they get your order wrong they will not make it right! Be sure to double triple check what you get. Living almost an hour from the nearest store it's very disheartening that they can not give a rain check on what they messed up. Very unfortunate! Will not be back to this location!

The food was delicious, as always. However, the ordering and pickup process was a mess. The restaurant did not require patrons who entered to order to wear a mask. However, they made us place our credit card on a tray, took it away to process it, and brought it back on a tray. There was a different door for pick up. Again, nobody wearing a mask and 10-12 people standing around, less than 6 feet apart, waiting by the door for their food. When the food was ready, they left it on a tray inside the door without notifying us. People kept going in and out, not wearing masks, breathing on my food. I had to wait until everybody else cleared out to go in to get my order. By then, the food was cold and the ice was melting in my drinks. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

I am from Dallas and came to this location on a weekend to see my family. Evie and her energy are contagious! She’s incredible at her job, her customer service, and honestly I just want to make her my new best friend. Y’all have a true asset in that girl!

The hot pepper chicken had only onions and celery with 2 pieces of chicken.horrible service. DO NOT GO THERE. Surprised that the franchise office does not quality control the product. BIG CHEATERS. The way they put noodles in the box is so loosely packed that when yiu take it home, it is settles down to about 3/4 of the box. BIG CHEATERS using COVID distancing to line their pockets.

Made an order then got there and had to wait 20 minutes for them to fill it. Why order a head to just wait around like everyone else. Very sad

Food was good. This review is on the customer service. No one acknowledged our presence when we walked in and three people looked directly at us. We waited 5 minutes before anyone helped us. The restaurant was not busy, we were the first customers in line. The young woman that did help us, eventually, was polite; she was not one of the original three people that saw us and did nothing.

The managers at this restaurant ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND VERY HATEFUL! They act as if you are bothering them or asking for their 1st born child if you make any changes the food or servings. An example is, I almost always ask for more than they give, which I immediately follow-up with, I'll pay for the extra (my Husband eats a lot). The always have an attitude about it an barely put more but charge me more money. My Husband told me to stop going there because they are so rude. I haven't returned
