Panda Express reviews
16The food looked so fresh and beautiful. Every selection was plentiful and available. Service was given with a smile. This was a great experience and I was well accomadated.
I ordered the Bejin beef it was very hard and dried out. I also found the top of zucchini that was cut off this was not edible. They do not answer the phone
Love me some Panda Express, food was good as usual but was wondering where the gentleman came from with no gloves and a tank top and shorts, fixing himself a bowl. Just thought it was strange and the restaurant was packed
Was ask what I wanted and I started to tell him and he just stopped and started making online orders after I was waiting for almost 10 minutes I just walk
I know this is not Panda standards, but the young lady who took my order stopped to answer her cell phone! (-30pt) There were napkins in the soda fountain (-30pts). She did decide to feed a homeless person (+60)
First time here in 15 yrs, the person that takes your order was absolutely terrible, I have never met someone so utterly nasty when taking your order, I just left
Make it
35 min away.not lick of rice on the plate.man at register have no consideration of the customer.just tlkin amongst each other.hand me my change with no thank u or anything.smh.hood
I enjoy eating at panda Express but they are always out of honey walnut shrimp can they make it in one of the larger containers like they do the other meats i live in the florrisant area
The service was good and very fast. Usually this place is packed with customers. The place was clean and the dining room seemed to be clean. No one was in the inside but 1 customer at the table. I ordered noodles and, steak stir fry, chicken and broccoli. I also ordered 1 piece of teriyaki chicken without the sauce.
My son ordered the walnut sweet shrimp and noodles. I didn't go to the restroom and not sure if they were open.
The new sign in the restaurant is saying due to the pandemic, they will not be allowed to let you taste anything. I wanted to taste something but, I couldn't and I didn't ask.
I like the chain but the app leaves something to be desired. Its always a gamble as to what is avIlable that day
It's usually good. I got the sweet fire chicken & teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken was dry w/no sauce. They give you sauce packs of the teriyaki, not the same with the chicken sitting in the sauce. The young who made my food gave me 4pks. The cashier wanted to take 3 back.
Very rude and disrespectful young ladies working in restaurant Khyla accused me of taking a order that she put right in front of me, why wouldn’t I think it wasn’t my order, after I told her she handed to me she yelled and said she didn’t I said yes you did do you think I would reach and get an order! She continues to talk and telling the other girl I took it. I’m a grown woman, had paid over 40$ for an order and have a very high profile job. This young lady needs to be fired and taught customer service. I can’t believe the disrespect. These young girls better realize just because they think you old don’t mean you afraid of them. Look at all the complaints filed.
The young lady Kyah has poor costumer service. You can just pick up her energy. It was not good at all. Kyah find another job. Whatever you going through leave it at the door everyone can't take unhappy people.
I ordered through Doordash. I ordered a lemonade, I'm guessing yall were out because I received I'm guessing orange soda. It needs to be changed BTW because it tastes like carbonated soda without the soda. Secondly I went to dip my chicken rolls in the sweet and sour sauce for the second time and found a gnat in the sauce (ewww so disgusting). We need to be more careful and watching what we are doing. If something is spoiled or has noticeable bugs or whatever, we shouldn't be sending it out. I'm not too upset because mistakes happen. Please be more careful and pay closer attention to these tedious tasks.
I ordered the Bigger Plate (white steamed rice and honey sesame chicken breast) from this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. While eating at home, I noticed something shiny wrapped up in the chicken. Upon further inspection, I found a piece of metal coil wrapped up in the chicken. I took the food and my receipt back to the restaurant to request a refund. A young woman who claimed to be the manager told me I couldn’t get my money back since the meal was half way gone (which is when I saw the metal). All I wanted was my $11.88 back for something that could have injured me and/or killed me. I didn’t want them to remake my food as I didn’t want to take another chance on something else being in the food. Panda Express…horrible customer service…no empathy whatsoever. Notice the piece of metal in the chicken (see attached photo).
