Panda Express, Cottleville MO

This location is consistently disappointing. Time after time again I have placed an order on DoorDash for grilled teriyaki chicken, and it has never, not once, come with the teriyaki sauce. I have continued to order in hopes that eventually I'll get the correct order, but after multiple orders with the same result, I'm done. Avoid this place and go to one of the other restaurants near by. You'll certainly have a better meal with better service.

Doing door dash, this company requires you to wait in a new order line while food sits getting cold. This is bad business for both the delivery driver and the person expecting fresh food. Do better.

Got double teriyaki chicken no teriyaki sauce at all. Waited almost 15 minutes and only one in drive thru. At work again so can't return for sauce. Crazy they can't get an order right. Plus the rice is boiled. NOT fried! Have to soak it in soy sauce just to eat.

I bought the bigger plate of orange chicken. The pieces was so small and hard like it was left over from another day. And I was there at 11am. If I did not have to drive so far I would have taken it back.

Good food if you need a faster option. There was a scene with an employee being asked to leave. This employee was extremely unprofessional and escalating toward violence. The shift supervisor (I'm assuming) handled it calmly, quickly and with a level of professionalism one would expect from a much higher paying position.

I haven't been to this location in over a year. It's always been a disapointment in one way or another. Today I was reminded that nothing has changed.
Teriyaki sauce on the side seems like a simple request, but I guess it isn't.
This is my fault really. I didn't specify on My Side of the window not left there on their side of the window. In MY bag, not left "on the side" of the counter. Perhaps "on the side" means something different now, I'm not sure. I should have researched this before making such a request.
So glad that the city of Cottleville allowed them to build this eye sore right next to this lovely pond, with the outside seating area positioned so that it has a perfect view of all the traffic.

Great food but never enough staff, same most places. Not really their problem but it does affect overall ranking

I never go out of my way to write bad reviews. I love the taste of Panda Express and I would literally eat Panda Express every single day but the employees at every Panda Express I go to are by far the laziest, rudest, worst trained employees ever. They can’t do math and give me proper change, they take forever, they always run out of food, it’s the worst service I ever get. Panda Express would be so much wealthier if they got their act together but now I am never giving this company one penny ever again.

I got very overcharged for a pretty small order. My items weren’t even rung up. They just selected random items. I probably won’t give them a chance again

I don't usually have a problem with this Panda Express, but this time, the rice was very dry and my egg roll wasn't as warm as usual. But the orange chicken was good and they actually remembered the fortune cookie. The thing that makes me most unhappy right now is that, even though I spent over $13 on food and a drink, when I asked for a cup of water with no ice they gave me probably a kid's size cup. It's exactly half the size of the medium cup I got of root beer. They couldn't have even given me a small? The cups aren't even plastic.

I place an online order, pickup time was 20 minutes, when I get there food wasn’t ready they told me to wait at the front door I wait 25 minutes and they never got my order out. I when inside the store to ask for my order and they didn’t have the food ready, they told me to wait another 20 minutes I could not wait so I asked to change my order and they got mad at me.

Went in the drive theu ordered family meal they took my money and parked me. 12 mins later i went inside they forgot i was parked and had to rush to make the order.we got an extra order of chicken but missing a side. And I don't think a single gle piece of chicken was fully cut. Like they tried to cut it blindfolded with the dull side of the knife

I have come here for years and they just changed the portions. Just wanted to let you know what you’re paying for. If you want to spend 8 dollars on a snack this place is for you. It’s an absolute waste of money if you expect a meal. I can’t believe they would raise prices then give you so much less. Absolutely horrible. Taking my services elsewhere, along with my family.

Updating my review: Service has improved dramatically.

Arrived at 8pm to order a family meal pack.

Waited for 5 minutes for them to make fresh food that they didn’t have enough of.

Thank you and I’m glad that I gave them a second chance

You are not suppose to say closing time at 9: 30 PM, when you actually close at 9: 00 PM

I could have saved my long drive and time to your store.
