14This location always has there lobby closed. Why? Covid is over. Open your restaurant, if your unable to then corporate should be notified and close this location.
Tried to Lunch at 12: 05. They were out of mixed vegetables Then we ordered chicken mushroom and they were out of that as well. The lady at counter was friendly.
Chicken green bean entree was so disgusting. It was greasy and rubbery. I’ll never go back again.
They used to have a good selection of fresh food items but the last 2 times, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken was almost gone, when I asked if they were cooking more, the girl said what you see is what you get! Uh I don't think so, we left and won't be back!
The workers find it appropriate to close the panda express lobby whenever they feel like it. It is barely ever open for you to go in. They put signs up on the door that says sorry for any inconvenience, but the lobby is closed. Please use drive-through. Then when you look inside of the place, everybody’s just standing around looking like they’re not working. I’m not sure what’s up with this restaurant but you would think whoever owns it would like to keep their doors open since people are coming in the parking lot and leaving because they can’t go inside. It’s just a loss business at this point Covid is over and the restaurant should be open for business. If they have a staffing problem then obviously the managers aren’t doing a good enough job to make sure that there are enough people working so that they can open and serve the public.
First time order. Received the wrong food. Refund takes 7 to 10 days. I won't be ordering again.
Put an order in for delivery, driver delivered to the wrong place or just put delivered and took my food. Tried calling but it rings once and said that no one is available to take my call. Spent $18.73
I got this fpr lunch today and they are amazing! They were friendly and got me through the drive through in a few minuets. They even included fortune cookies, and were thoughtful enough to put some sauce on the side so it didnt ruin the rice. I think i may have found my new go too place. Great job!
Food is pretty good.however, the service is kinda poopy.went through the drive thru & got a nice guy to take my order.when i drove up to the window, the lady (Mallory-is what it says on my receipt) was kinda unpleasant.not even a “hello” just “$8.64”. Gave her my card, she closed the window & opened it back up & gave me my things.i said “thank you” & she turned away & said “have a great day” really fast.i get people have bad days, but don’t make a customer uncomfortable with your service.
My lo mein is disgustingly flavorless and the orange chicken is over cooked and hardly sauced, i literally bit into an unsauced nugget wholly unsauced. Worst quality ive ever seen.
The main courses are on point, decent fried rice.
The crab Rangoon and egg rolls are not the best.
Ordered walnut shrimp lg only 6 shrimp only 2 walnuts
The new shrimp bowl had 3 shrimp $9 definitely not worth it

Come thru drive thru around 8 most times I always order orange chicken fried rice. Third time I’ve received uncooked rice.
The food was good and hot. We didn't really like the service due to the fast food atmosphere. The door of the ladies' room didn't lock, and it's right next to the men's rest room, which you could've seen you sitting on the toilet.
