17We stopped in Belton, Missouri, for lunch. I chose Panda Express and wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and hot. The sides are expensive, so stick with the bowls for a reasonable price. Inside, they did have multiple choices ready to serve. This is the first time I have gone into a PE. Even though it was noon, they were cleaning one section of the floor in the seating area. They became a little busy at that time. The bathroom, though clean, needed a sweep since customers had dropped TP on the floor. Would eat there again.
It never seems to amaze me the portion size of the rice compared to the noodles. I have complained several times to no avail. I made a online delivery order and everything was fine until I open my togo box. Thats when I got frustrated, how do they measure the rice portion compared to the noodles portion. If its half and half why do I get way more noodles than rice its very visable. Ive complained about this several times and as long as I was going in to get my food it has gotten somewhat better its frustrating to have so little rice and a mound of noodles. Thanks for taking my complaint.
The best panda. The food is always fresh and restaurant is really clean. Employees are very efficient.
My sister paid 9.99$ for some rice and double orange chicken and we barley got rice or orange chicken what is this?
The Panda Express in Raymore is really nice. All their food options are out on display to tempt you. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are very nice.
The employees make the experience here terrible. The food is already not that good. No one is friendly. They all act like rude bots. Ask for fresh food, they roll their eyes. A new employee on my recent visit was very friendly. It was very refreshing because I’ve never experienced human treatment at this place. Hopefully she sticks around.
I was told there was a 6 minute wait as they were preparing fresh rice. I paid and was told to drive around to wait. That’s when I found out that actually meant drive around and go back thru the drive-thru over and over and over until my order was ready! Watching other ppl get their orders and wasting my gas. That was insane. I asked if they were going to throw in an egg roll or something for the inconvenience. The rude employee flippantly said no and another one in the background was laughing about it. Definitely will not be returning.
The drive thru lady was so rude tonight. And the guy handing you the food thought it was hilarious. Maybe she should find another job that she can at least fake being nice.
Service was wonderful. Some of the food over-cooked but overall a good value for the price.
Absolutely no thank you, not only was the drive through worker rude and said my card declined (even though it worked all day) and lied about trying three times because we can see himbut my wife is eating and pulls THIS SPIDER OUT FROM HER FOOD. Don’t go here that’s absolutely disgusting
Good for the luch, they attended quickly and everything was delicious, normal for a clean panda, good service, I can keep coming back
Customer service blows here. Very rude. Will interrupt you and purposely misunderstand your order until you tell them exactly how to put it in the computer.

We catered Panda Express from this location for our wedding! The venue was an hour away and the General Manager Peter was incredibly helpful! The wedding was 330 people and everyone was served and the food was great. Would definitely recommend!
Unfortunately, every time I go to this location, there is a long wait time on the Black pepper Angus steak, which I assume is the popular food.
Always fresh and good, one day out of 5 visits, out of low mein. Bummer, but out of 5 visits that's great!
The food was fine. Dewayne was lots of fun behind the counter. He was both personable and professional both.
Got broccoli beef with one small scrap of beef. Went to ask for more beef, and I received 4 more small pieces the was told "for future reference, the broccoli beef is 90% broccoli". I didn't see that advertised anywhere and the picture seems to show more than 10% beef. Any, those extra 4 pieces of meat didn't change the fact the food is still gross.
