Panda Express prices have gone up and the containers and portions are smaller. I ordered a regular bowl and it's about the size of a kids meal. Pathetic I guess that's how you be billionaires by serving tiny portions!

Nobody in parking lot figured I’d give them a try now I know why they are not busy they are not welcoming very rude and food was cold don’t waste time or money and teriyaki chicken was dry

I absolutely love Panda Express and they never disappoint! This location has a drive through which is very convenient and super fast! The food was fantastic!

The employees at this restaurant are absolutely terrible. They served me fried rice that was literally scraped off the bottom of the bowl, as well as giving me a serving of broccoli beef that had only 2-3 pieces of beef with the rest being broccoli. I also attempted to order a single crab Rangoon and despite them doing that many times previously, was told repeatedly by the employee that they can’t serve only one and that I was wrong, it had to be a full order of 3. I asked him to check that with a manager, who promptly came and completed an order for one crab Rangoon on the register. Additionally, I had to wait on orange chicken, which is fine, but once it was ready, the employees began serving other customers from that fresh batch of orange chicken instead of fulfilling the order I had already paid for and was still waiting on. This restaurant is a joke and they clearly lack any customer service training. Do better, it’s not rocket science.

The honey sesame chicken and orange chicken was dry we asked for fried rice and it was barely fried the crab rangoon was very old or the new pieces they cooked were raw no squash in the mushroom chicken only alot of mushrooms and zucchini went at about 8: 15 no honey walnut shrimp no teriyaki sauce for chicken teriyaki so had to change the order and they closed @ 9.just sad

Everytime I come here something is a 30 minute wait. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day. They don’t have any kind of leadership if they can’t figure out when and how soon to prepare things so that they aren’t constantly behind on something. Super annoying.

Your 6 cars deep in your drive thru. I'm at the window for almost 10 minutes and I see employees laughing, on their phones, and they closed the lobby. Not professional at all

Not sure what is different for this location but the food isn’t as good as the other location I frequent. We never stop here anymore.

Food is over cooked and mushy vegetables. Pasta too and dry. Chicken in kung pao is not chicken.

First time getting food from there. Service was nice. The chicken was a little hard and tough. I'll go back earlier in the day when the food is a little fresher. Spent more money than expected for two people.

This most likely is the most boring, bland, unflavored food I think I've ever eaten. Food tastes like it is made for diabetics. No flavor at all and not much on the menu to choose from. Crab ragoon tasted like card board, teriyaki chicken had no flavor of any kind. I might have been better off asking them if they had any boxes in the back and eating one of those instead. Will not waste my time or money going back

We recently ate here on a weeknight and had a great experience! The food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was very clean (even the drink area was spotless), and the atmosphere was comfortable (unlike the Lee’s Summit location which is freezing inside and doesn’t have adequate seating for children). There’s plenty of booth seating — perfect for families with kids. The man who helped us even gave my kids free stickers! Overall a 10/10 experience.

This Panda store never gets my order right. Their chow mein is overcooked all the time. Today I got sweet tea when I asked for unsweet. So tired of paying money only to get home and have the wrong order. NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT.

This Panda Express served very dry food and these young girls in this picture one is the shift leader in the braids with her back turned has poor customer service. The other young lady on the phone thought it was funny because they wouldn’t replace the food after I clearly showed them the plate she offered me just the meat and told me that she’s not going to replace anything else. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location. Very poor customer service poor quality food at this location.
Standing around, thinking it’s funny about the situation on the phone. I’m not doing any work ask for a corporate number or district manager number and she gave me a nonworking number. So I am going to expose this location on every social media site that I have about these three nonworking employees. Glad you got a good laugh. Poor customer service.

Just like the other complaints the beef and broccoli was way under cooked. Please serve it right! On the plus side always fast to get my meals because drive thru is always empty.

Awesome people managerial down to team members! Came at the last minute and they still took the time to honor 2 mobile coupons and our food was fresh and hot! Thanks to them for the patience and courtesy

First time coming here food was hot and delicious. Customer service was amazing (night crew) will definitely be coming back!
