Panda Express, Republic MO

Showed up pretty close to closing time, and asked for a family meal. I know, I know, shame on me. However, let me also tell you that I am 5 months pregnant and got a severe craving about 45 minutes before they closed.

They were SO nice. They had to fresh make a ton of items and did it without complaining. Or at least did it with a smile to me LOL. I'm not usually that person but I was this time and I'm gonna blame it on being pregnant. And they were so good to me.

Cleanest Panda Express I’ve ever visited. Friendly service, fresh food, and super clean store make this a great choice.

After ordering my meal and waiting in drive through line for 20 minutes they came out to tell me they didn’t have the right ingredients for the entree I ordered and that I could only pick from the ones they had available. I was refused a refund unless I went to corporate and applied for one. Worthless

Always friendly, clean and food is always delicious. We never have any issues when we visit this location!

I had the worst experience with my daughter! Absolutely rude and horrible customer service!

Went in for a late lunch and they didn't have but a couple of options cooked said they would have to make what I wanted which was mushroom chicken and mixed vegetables. Waited 10 minutes or so and food was brought to me and it was warm and the vegetables was raw. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!

I love Panda Express in Springfield, which prompted me to give the Republic location a try. I was overly disappointed. 1. The staff was not consistently wearing gloves. 2. I was promised fresh noodles, yet the dumped the old noodles on top of the new (cross contamination) and proceeded to serve me a mix of old and new noodles. 3. There was a LARGE chunk of noodles that did not get mixed in making over half my noodles dry and flavorless. 4. When I called to inform the manager, there was absolutely NO offer to fix or replace the noodles and was treated as if they did not believe my complaint. 5. I had to take the noodles to the location to be believed on my complaint, and was finally offered to replace half my noodles.instead of remaking my whole plate. More than dissatisfied, and this is not the first issue I have had with this location.
Was hoping to be able to enjoy Panda Express close to home, but it is worth the drive to Springfield to avoid this location.

Not my first issue with ordering here. I expect more meat out of any entree and I have always had an issue with them skimping meat portions. This amount of meat is unacceptable! I do not want a whole bowl of rice and a small helping of chicken. Please do better!

Every time I try to get dinner from this Panda Express something’s off. Today after getting a crab Rangoon with no filling I’ve got to complain. For as expensive as this place is and fast food workers demanding more pay this is unacceptable to me.

I got the bowl of orange chicken and fried rice and cream cheese Rangoon’s and the food was amazing. And hailey are server in the drive thru was amazing also!

The food here is some of the best american-chinese food I have found in this area. The place is always very clean, and the service is good. If I had one tip it would be to order inside, as it seems that you get more food, and faster service. The bathrooms are very clean, and overall I had a pleasant experience eating here.

Absolute garbage customer service and a manager who has the same attitude match. I absolutely love the food at panda express and have visited every location in town. I have visited the Republic location several times since it is close to my home and every single time we are greeted with a nasty attitude from the girls that work there. They constantly have an attitude and are always trying to convince you to settle on something you don’t want because they don’t feel like making it. My last straw was last night and I finally asked to speak to a manager who had the same careless attitude as the other girls who work there. I absolutely will not be back to this location and higher management needs to consider looking into who they have working for them in the future.

The shrimp was good. I will return and do business with them again based on that. The employees were respectful, but the young lady "shook the spoon" on me. That's a saying in the South that means she gave you less than she could have. She literally shook the spoon to get rid of shrimp. I think they should have premeasured dishes like Subway, so you can avoid one person getting less than another. Next time, I'll speak up.

The food here is good the staff is hit or miss. If the adult manager is working you can get the full menu until closing time. If he is not working, the staff will say most of the menu is unavailable.
