Abigayle at the West County store is so friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me with my Pandora needs and I am forever grateful! Make sure to go in and see her for any of your jewelry needs!

My daughter's boyfriend bought her a ring online at the end of January. Well 2 stones fell out. We were in Des Peres shopping and are not from that area. I decided to stop in to see if they could fix the missing stones. The girl that helped us was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person. She went above and beyond to help us and we ended up leaving with a new ring within 10 minutes. We were so thankful for her help and the amazing customer service! I wish i had gotten her name though to thank her again. No one ever really helps that much nowadays, so thank you to the young, pretty blonde girl who helped us!

Stephanie? Waited on us. She was fantastic and explained things to my niece, who received her first bracelet as a gift.

Aly was a great help, kind, sweet and patience. Took her time to understand the buyers needs with buying the beautiful purchase of selection. Great asset to the west county location!

I went into the Des Peres store about 30 min before closing. 3 employees were helping 3 customers. No one even said hello. I walked around the store looking for the items I saw online and planned to purchase. I stood at the counter across from one staff who was putting a sale in a bag. She didn’t even look at me. She walked over handed the customer his bad, then got his receipt from the the other counter. Then she turned her back on me and walked in to the back room. She came back out a minute later to the register, didn’t even address me, then went back into the back room. Neither of the other two employees said a word to me in greeting or that they’d be with me. Wow. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such poor customer service. I had about $350 of things to purchase. Obviously, customer service is not important to Pandora, so I won’t even try the other store in St Louis. Not will I ever purchase Pandora, and I will let all my friends know not to bother shopping at Pandora. Needless to say, it’s 0 stars.

They were busy so I had to wait in line about 15 to 20 mins. But once it was my turn I was able to get in and out quickly since I knew what I wanted and it was in stock. Nice staff

The worst experience I ever had at Pandora stores. Customer service 0. I was there for exchanging bracelet. The lady even didn't know that letter bracelets comes in a different sizes LOL. She couldn't EXCHANGE it, so I just had to buy new one. Absolutely disappointed from you Pandora West County center!

My husband brought me here today to buy me a gift for my birthday today. We got there at 7: 09 and the gates were already closed and they were counting their register. Website says they close at 8. I’d call before you go, can’t trust they will be open during store hours.

Love this location! My favorite sales lady wasn't there but I was still taken very good care of!

I went there today to get my mom a Pandora charm for her bracelet for valentines and there were only two people in the store and they didn’t give a notice they let a couple out and closed the gate and didn’t come out and started yelling and there was a long line and didn’t even inform the customers That they were going to close and it was only 6: 45 and on the website for the store it says that they close at 8: 00 and they

I was treated poorly and a wrong assumption led her to falsely believe I was going to steal an item. Very unfriendly and not helpful. I will not be going back to the Pandora in West County mall.

Expressed with how they are ensuring the safety of customers and staff during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff throughly clean the display area after each customer. The line was long but they kept it moving with rushing the customer's shopping experience.

Had to return a bracelet that needed to be repaired and had to reorder it. Order came in 2 days!

I was at the Pandora Store at West county Mall. I was there for good 10
Minutes waiting for someone to assist me. There were 3 people there which two were assisting one client and the other one was assisting one lady for the entire time. I just had one question that I could have avoided my wait if at least one would have had some customer care skills and asked me what I needed. Finally, one of them walked by and I said that they would be assisting me shortly and I asked if they would repair a pandora charm that broke. She told me that they don’t do repairs in the store and offer to give me the phone of Pandora’s repair contact. At that point, I just walked away from the store after waiting inside for at least 15 minutes. Very poor customer service. You would be better buying online or at another location. Don’t waste your time!
