Cafe Panera Bread reviews
14Came in late in the evening, the staff were all extremely polite & offered multiple options for items they were sold out of. Food was made fast, and certainly tasted better than McD or BK type place.
Accidentally made an order for carry out, called to have it canceled, my bank account shows the money was put back into my account then taken right back out by a signature debit transaction. Was told because it shows in their system it was canceled that there is nothing they can do. Will not order from this location ever again.
Stop encouraging your customers to park on the street. Use the parking lot like everyone else.
I got a you pick 2. The soup bowl wasn’t even halfway filled. At other locations they put a lot more soup. They didn’t give me the extra cheese I paid for. They didn’t give me croutons I had to ask fre h onion soup comes with croutons. The foreigner in charge was rude and dismissive when I asked for a little more soup it’s half empty! Very bad service waited 13 min to order and 10 min to have it made. The experience ruined my lunch abd put me I. A bad mood! Never again!
Thoroughly ok food. The napa chicken salad didn't taste like the kind we get at our normal two local Paneras in MD. Was pretty quick stop on a long car trip, so that was good.
I placed a rapid pickup order and received a message running behind and when arrived to location my order still took over 15 minutes to get ready. The person who prepared my order rushed and only put a pinch of cheese in my French onion soup. Then when said something another employee put some in a cup and threw it up on the counter top to me. Thus was the worse experience I've ever had at thus location.
Just tired from them, no more order from them, they are should close this location, that 3rd or 4rd times when they are do not put 3 or 4 ingredients in meal, such insult! So much dissapointing, there just rice, tomato and avocado, no feta cheese, no pickles red onion, no corn or beans salsa, we are paying for what! Called manager he said ; sorry and that it, no any offer or excuse to replace the meal! If you don't have ingredients then take it from menu! People paying and expecting what they are expecting
Danie was amazing! We were worried because Door Dash wasn’t updating us on our order, so we called Panera and Danie got our order expedited and gave me a cookie because I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and with it raining all day my depression had me feeling down. Danie is a life saver! Thank you Danie! I pray you get the recognition you deserve! I highly recommend this location for its outstanding effort and customer satisfaction!
We stopped by today for a quick lunch. The Teriyaki Chicken w Broccoli was saucy and the sauce was easy to sweet, and the question was "where's the broccolis? " My wife enjoyed her salad. Service was fast, friendly.
Absolutely disgusting. Will never come back. My turkey sandwich had fatty disgusting pieces. I tried my daughter's grilled cheese sandwich that she wouldn't eat bc she said it was gross & it definitely was. Her friend was disgusted by her food as well. I don't know how they charge so much for food that is just awful!
The workers were rude and messed up me and my cheer teams orders. But regardless it was good food
This was the slowest and most awkward experience I’ve ever had. I watched a customer and the only cashier argue for several minutes and then the cashier just walked off, abandoning the register. She asked the manager to take over who said no the customers could use kiosks. The rest of the staff spent more time loudly complaining about orders and complaining about other coworkers not coming to work than helping customers. I stood in line so long, they switched the breakfast menus off and switched over to lunch and wouldn’t serve breakfast anymore.
I get times are weird and tough nowadays but this place awkwardly let the customers know they were a burden.
The food was good. Our order wasn't quite right, and the tables needed to be cleaned.
