Terrible service every time I go in. My orders are always messed up. Today we actually tried to call right after we got home and found the messed up the order but no one answers, there's no message box. The cashier who works everytime we go in, an older woman, never knows how to use the screen, always gets frustrated with us for her lack of knowledge. At this point it's a little ridiculous. I will keep trying to call so the issue is fixed. Until then I'm leaving 1 start because it won't let me do negative stars and leaving this comment here until the managers step up to do thier job. The individuals at this store are too old to argue with customers have a bad attitude and constantly mess up orders.

Attempted to order online for lunch for rapid pick up and waited 45 minutes for my food to complete inside the store after the food said it would be completed. Then attempted to cancel my order I was told they cannot find my order and then after a lengthy amount of time they were finally found my order and canceled it. Meanwhile there was lots of customers upset in line who stated they have been waiting for 30 to 45 minutes for food, a lady who said she was working for DoorDash I’m waiting for food to deliver Who is very upset and had waited over an hour to deliver food

Ordered a bowl of soup because the cup is tiny, received less than a cup of soup in a bowl container. The amount we pay to purchase anything with this company is outrageous as is but then they short paying customers half their food! This was over $9 and for soup! That’s insane! Had I taken this and poured it into a ladle it would have fit with room. Why are we paying $9 for a ladle of soup and why is the service so poor that the item gets sent out half full? ! Ridiculous!

As Paneras go, this is the worst. The drive through is the land of the lost. As in they’ll lose your order between the speaker and the window, and you’ll lose 30 minutes of your life the same way. Why aren’t you using the drive thru holding spots? Add to that my order being wrong multiple times, no utensils, and no receipt to be able to dispute the issues. Go to another location or go up the road to McAlister’s. Just be sure to avoid this location if time, money, and accuracy are important to you.

Ever since the pandemic, this establishment has gone downhill. There is absolutely no consistency. Sometimes the bagels are made to perfection, while other times they are small with barely a whole in the middle. Unacceptable when you are now paying $8 for six plain. Same goes with cookies. Sometimes they are soft and other times to need to dunk in coffee to eat them. Prices have skyrocketed as well. Just got a bowl of soup and it was over $7. Also, the drive thru needs help! The lines are long and barely move. You could use some lessons from Chick-fil-A, as they know how to run a drive thru. You really need to improve customer service and consistency if you want to maintain your customer base at the prices you are charging.

Here on a Saturday waiting for a “Rapid” pick up order I ordered an hour ago. I would cancel it and ask for a refund but there’s no one to talk to. The dining room and drive through are packed at 2pm. Many disgruntled people waiting. Poor overworked employees looking flustered and overwhelmed. I don’t blame them, I blame the corporate office. Hire more people and pay them better! Prices have increased astronomically and quality has gone down. Ridiculous.

Update: 10/24 I’m a complete glutton for punishment and if my kids weren’t obsessed with this place we’d be done. Made a 70 dollar order for dinner delivery and a 20% tip after taking care of my cancer-stricken mother all day. Order never showed and no one at the location would answer the phone. Sure hope I can get a refund when I call corporate tomorrow.

Had the new chicken sandwich, with chips. The bun was nice, but the chicken was very tough and overcooked. Lettuce was stringy and I'm not even sure what those dime sized white pieces were, but they were inedible, very hard. Chips were good.

Been here a few times and they never have enough employees and close the dining room. Drive thru line is always too long. Don’t waste your time.

They almost always forget to pack my side item on the pick two. Other than that, I typically don't have any issues with delivery.

Save your time and money. Placed an order at 8: 31 am and it’s 9: 10 am. Still haven’t gotten it and it was just a bagel and coffee. They don’t ever answer their phones.

Good food. Most times you can't get a booth b/c thy haven't cleaned the tables. Bathroom not always clean nor dining room floors.especially under the booths where they don't look.
When are you bringing back the loaded baked pot soup?

Just absolutely terrible quality for how much they are charging good people for their food. I came back here from living in Hawaii to visit family where everything is 3x the price as here. I come up to order my grandma a large order of Broccoli Mac and cheese and I thought a bread bowl would be a nice addition. Well if you order a large Broccoli Mac and cheese with a bread bowl, you get a bread ball with an edge cut off, and a dent as if someone took a cereal bowl and pushed in on it. If that’s not enough, don’t even get me started on the Dixie cup serving of Broccoli Mac and cheese they call a large. I received much nicer dishes for the same price where it’s naturally more expensive and you Panera can not excel when you charge more than the standard. Tighten up and do right by your customers.

Two nights in a row I have visited St Louis Bread Company at this location in Fenton, Missouri. Prior, I had not visited since before COVID.

The Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread was so good that I was almost drooling as I craved for another one. To my disappointment, they had run out of the cheese needed for this selection.

After reviewing the menu, I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Wow! It was so palatable and delicious! The chicken was shredded. Every bite was sensational! I'm having a Pavlov's Reaction just writing this! I do enjoy delicious food. Kettle Chips came with the sandwich, though I believe there may be another option.

The Agave Lemonade was worthy of a refill (free). Definitely not a typical favored lemonade.

Dessert was a Vanilla Cinnamon Roll. Heated for a few seconds made this pastry absolutely delightful.

When my name was called that my order was ready. I found this moment to be a bit ackward for me and slightly embarrassing.

As I was dining solo, I chose not to leave my purse, full beverage, and pastry unattended at a table. At this point as I stood at the counter, I was already holding all of the above. I asked for a tray, but there were none. Clumsily, I stacked the Cinnamon roll on top of my beverage and clutched the plate of food tightly to my chest as I walked to a table.

Other than my awkward moment, the dining experience was great. The beverage cup will not be filled until after I get my plate or I probably should just forgo the mouthwatering, scrumptious, frosted cinnamon roll.

Typically never have issues at this location. I am a sip club member and went to get a green tea this morning successfully. I went for another drink around noon and was told the tea has been discontinued. I told the cashier I was here earlier and was able to get the green tea multiple times this week. She insisted that the green tea has been discontinued and hasn't been an option for weeks. Super weird communication here.
