Cafe Panera Bread reviews
15Stopped in to grab a crunch top bagle with honey almond spread. They didn't have honey almond and when I got to where I was going and opened my sack very disappointed bagle not fresh and hardly had any crunch top on it.
My dining experience was FAN-TAB-U-LOUS! The workers there were so ACCOMMODATING, courteous and personable! I LOVED it! TRUST me, when I say, "I WILL be going BACK"! ;)
Richard Wesley, Today I had a hard day. Will not bother with details, everyone seems to be having a hard time lately. But for context, my head just wasn’t screwed on right.
I ordered over $50 worth of food tonight and received it quicker than I anticipated. However, I was disappointed to see the food wasn’t the normal level of quality I receive from this store.
I also thought ingredients were missing from two of our sandwiches. I called and spoke with Richard who was very obviously busy enough. I complained and he listened, and overcame my complaints with compassion. I was wrong about the ingredients! Lol. (Sorry Richard!) But, he issued me a refund for my two items when I didn’t even deserve one because nothing was wrong!
Richard said he could tell I was having a rough night and just wanted to help. He was so kind and genuine.
Upon further reflection, I realized this same Richard I spoke with tonight was also my first boss EVER at this same Panera 10 years ago. He took care of me then as an employee but he knew me. It’s a whole other feeling to receive the same compassion 10 years later as an anonymous patron.
Thank you genuinely for all you do and have done for our community!
The food? Service was good. However, I hit my head while sitting down on the shelf behind me a little over a week ago. It's still sore. I went to scoot the chair & wham! I love French Onion soup. Your's is a little to sweet. I had the Thai Chicken soup & salad. I'm sorry, but I didn't care for it. ️
Poorest excuse for chicken noodle soup that i've seen-would have expected better from a soup kitchen. One small piece of chicken in what they choose to call a large bowl (it wasn't). Never again
Ordered a pick two chicken salad sandwich and the new recipe for French onion soup. Sandwich had a small serving of chicken salad made to look bigger on a bed of greens. Bland flavor on bread with a crust tougher than stale licorice. New soup recipe was watered down and too sweet. Left hungry.
Sad meal. Ordered a you pick two, and the Turkey sandwich looks so small and sad! Nothing on it but Turkey and cheese and cold bread. And the Caesar salad had lots of spoiled pieces.: (Sad, Panera, what happened to your nice meals?
Didn’t even get a chance to eat. Arrived an hour and a half before close with my family to find a group of youngsters goofing around with staff, was Informed they were out of bread and the girl who was explaining what all they were out of stopped mid sentence to grab a phone from her friend and proceeded to take selfies with it while forgetting she was talking to me. Needless to say we turned around and walked out, you lost our business. Check your cameras around 7: 20.
The owner at this Panera is so nice! He's always smiling and I can tell he treats his employees well. I always have a great experience when I come here. Thank you!
We always enjoy Panera food! Both of our kids will eat there which is rare if the food isn't burgers. Online ordering frequently doesn't work, which is frustrating. So, sometimes we order elsewhere just for the online ordering convenience. Staff are always nice!
When they wait on the person behind you in line you get 1 star. So to the young man that wouldn't wait on me even when a coworker/manager asked him to twice? You might be in the wrong job.
The soup was good and came up quickly. Kudos to the rest of the staff.
We typically eat at panera at least once a week. This location did not meet expectations. There was not a clean table available. They were out of bread we both ordered soup and one tasted like it was burnt and the other was barely warm. We don't recommend this location.
Now that Fall is here Panera’s Autumn Harvest soup is at the top of their Soup menu. Apparently that is the only place it is. We have gone to this location twice, in two weeks, and Autumn Harvest soup has not been available. If they run before 2: 00 PM maybe they should be ordering more or remove it from the menu.
The staff there are so so kind. I travel to this location even though its further from my house, because the service is so awesome.
I am not a fan of the change of having to wait in line to get a cup. Hope to have the convenience of getting a cup without having to wait in line restored to the restaurant.
