One of your employees via phone was completely rude for our order. As a business, we understand things happen and you may not have supply for every item on your menu all the time. Totally understandable. It is however not acceptable to voice your frustrations and belittle a client, there is nothing to gain and everything to lose. Your client said "when I said we didn't have the bagels, I meant we didn't have ANY BAGELS" sorry for asking for a substitutions if available. Bad attitude and poor service.

Panera Bread in Cape Girardeau has terrible customer service. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the manager was very rude about it. We will not be returning!

Great place I go in hear all the time when I'm Doordashing. Great service, amazing food.

Met with a friend, food was amazing everyone seemed pretty happy the lady that took my order was having a bad day but she presented well the only thing I did not care for was I didn't hear them call my name and I'm hard of hearing other than that I had an amazing experience.

I order online often. My order is always correct and they are very helpful if I have any questions. One time they were out of the dessert and the manager called me to make sure I was aware and gave me a selection of what was available. Then he made the dessert free of charge, even though i told him that was unnecessary. That is customer service.

I always order the Mac and cheese for my kids and is good, the new signature chicken sandwich have cheese that doesn’t taste good for me so I don’t like it. The Cesar salad is good, the pizza is not the best and the broccoli cheddar soup is always a perfect option

Although overpriced we usually can't complain to much. Food quality is usually adequate, haven't ever had bad service from employees at this location, and overall most other customers are agreeable.

The salads are a huge disappointment for someone who doesn't eat meat. They're 98% lettuce. There's not even enough dressing to cover all of that lettuce. Very often, after pre paying & giving 20% tip, I don't get a spoon for my soup or fork for salad. The oatmeal is good.

Worked here remotely for the day. Good food and atmosphere. Plenty of seating available both inside and outside. Highly recommend!

I go here all the time for the endless sip. They're always nice and most of the time they recognize me and just give me a cup.

I had a larger and confusing order with special requests. I also had a toddler in the car. The staff were amazing and carried the food out for me, were so pleasant and apologized for the wait that was very short compared to most places. Love this place and the food.

While I like the food and the staff is amazing, the prices are completely insane anymore. I paid 17 and some change for a salad and a large tea. The salad was good but for 17 dollars I could have gotten 2 meals at another place. So I guess this was the last time I eat lunch at panera.

Other than the fact they want twelve dollars for a salad I had no complaints. The drive up was so long that my sister went into store. It's clean and the employees were efficient and polite. That's more than you can say about a lot of places.

Panera is Panera. This one is clean.

The chipotle chicken sandwich is pretty good but everything is so high calorie despite appearing "healthy".

Ordered delivery for lunch. Panera used Door Dash for delivery. My bag arrived wreaking of cigarette smell. It was AWEFUL!

A few awesome pastries for the office break room. The cinnamon rolls are very good and very large.

Was very friendly and courteous the food was great got the chicken bacon Chipotle Pizza and the lemonade was off the chain!

I love their Fugi Apple Salad. Mixed greens Not iceberg Fast service and app/curbside service.

Won't enter for service during breakfast hours anymore due to the Nurse Ratchett behind the counter.her repeated poor demeanor isn't worth it. Where's Michael?
