Very noisy, small building small dining area. Employees sitting at large table very loud. Big guy emptying trash, about knocked cousin Joy over in her walker.
Too interested in employees sitting at table.
Food was excellent. Will not go back to that store.

I thought it was a simple order that they couldn’t mess up. I ordered chicken noodle soup with a French baguette. I specifically reiterated that I wanted a French baguette. As is so common with Panera in my experience, they didn’t include the baguette. They did, however, give me a knife with which to eat my soup.

Thanks, Panera! It’s that commitment to customer satisfaction that keeps us looking for other places to eat lunch.

The new restaurant sure looks spiffy. Too bad the food is so average and the service is so awful.

It might be because we had to order at the kiosk because registers were down. However, I honestly felt like it was the blind leading the leading the blind. I was with my mother in law and she was having a hard time standing and putting in the order. I took over. My mother-in-law wanted to make sure the points would go go on her card. It took 4 levels of mgmt to get it added. A lot more training is needed. Don't know t that ill be back.

A newer Panara on Manchester Rd where Steak n Shake used to be. I like that they seem to have new choices. I had a warmed steak & cheddar cheese sandwich on ciabotta bread. It was very good. I got a vanilla latte, but they don't carry sugar free syrups anymore - I was hugely disappointed and will come less frequently because of that. Starbucks still carries sugar-free syrups. Parking was great!

Terrible experience. I ordered bagels and a few drinks and after paying they had me pull forward and park in spot one. I sat for 15 minutes before I went inside. They had not started on my order even though there was only one other customer inside and nobody in the drivthru. They threw my order together, no apology. Will not be going back to this location.

Different name. Different experience. Not great. The staff is careless at this location. Short tones, rude facial expressions. Did not get asked for my Panera rewards number and didn’t get receipt to put it in on my own. Sat in drive thru for 1 minutes while the staff could be heard laughing and telling jokes inside. Meanwhile the food I got was cold.

I just wish they’d remember the bread bowl…EVERY time, I never look, but it’s never in there. Other than that, it’s great.

Packed a wrapped sandwich right on top of multiple pastries that were not in their own bag - result? Squished pastries. Delicious. My order only saw movement once the manager showed up. Although there were plenty of employees milling about.

Ordered strawberry salad it had NO PECANS NO MANDARIN ORANGES VERY FEW BLUEBERRY LETTUCE NOT TOO GOOD I showed to manager he was very sorry & offered me something else so I got broccoli cheese soup it was good when you're out of products to complete an order customer should b told

This new location is easy to get in and out of. The restaurant is more open concept than other Paneras that I have visited. There is also some outdoor seating. Our order was taken promptly, food was ready within a reasonable amount of time, and tasted great. Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was delicious. It's served on ciabatta bread with fresh avocado. Plenty of other options on the menu for everyone. Large drink selection, including hot coffee. Pastries too. Free WiFi.

I ordered online today for “Rapid Pickup”. Unfortunately the shelf was empty so I stood awkwardly by the soda machine thinking it was not actually ready yet. I saw my bag was labeled and checked by one of the employees but was just sitting there in the kitchen prep area. There were three Panera employees who just looked at the bag and never moved it to the “Rapid Pickup” shelf. I just wish people cared about their job performance and were helpful towards customers. I shouldn’t have to wait in store when you have a “Rapid Pickup” option. Your freshly constructed location and interior designed cafe’ means nothing if your customer service is terrible! #Bye

Great Panera in a new building. Our items were made perfectly and the service was great despite coming in 30 min before closing.

Cool location. Definitely fast friendly service. Ricky was great to work with and I didn't have to wait long to get what I needed. Plenty of parking and even though there was a crowd I was able to get in and out with ease.

They don't really know how to move their line, and for the mediocrity of their food and beverages I think they're considerably overpriced. The worst thing is their "rewards program. " Don't give these folks your phone number, it's a waste. I never seem to have earned anything if I'm in the drive-thru, or maybe I'm still just forty-nine more visits shy of my free bagel with no cream cheese. If I go inside, they might tell me something ridiculous like, "Oh, you've earned a dollar off a You Pick Two! Would you like to use it before it expires tomorrow? " No, I'd just like a cup of coffee that costs less than a gallon of gas without any of your superfluous names for sugar syrup added in. I'm looking at you, "Madagascar Vanilla. " You can't let well enough alone and just call it a vanilla latte from St. Louis Bread Company; you have to call it a Madagascar Vanilla Latte from Panera, or nobody will give you their money. I understand. Nearby, I'd rather go to Six North Cafe or More Than Coffee. Check them out, save yourself some dough, and upgrade the quality of whatever you'd normally get from St. Louis Bread Company-excuse me-Panera. The new building is a soulless prefab I can't imagine spending any real time or money in either; it looks like the lobby of a Holiday Inn Express.

The manager told us this is a prototype store 14646 Manchester rd. I did not have a good experience. I much preferred the old location in the strip center. The new store was out of summer fruit cups, yogurt parfait cups, muffin tops. The dining room is small and crowded. The patio is much smaller than other locations. The clerk told us they were out of stock because the truck comes tomorrow. I know Panera bread can do much better than this. I do not like your prototype location at 14646 Manchester rd

This is an awesome Panera Bread! We visited from out of town and ordered from the wrong location. Upon arrival, they took care of us immediately making our order and contacting the other location to inform them of our mistake. Outstanding customer service! Thanks so much!

Plenty of outlets and USB power ports. Fire is nice. Lots of natural light. There's one outlet for the nice outside seating. Plenty of space outside on the patio. Soups are good from Panera bread bowl or regular both good.

Staff are friendly.

This is a newer Panera, it's built on a post-pandemic model, i.e. It's too small on the inside. It was clearly designed mostly for the drive-thru. The bagels are what you'd expect from Panera.

Clearly this store has a problem with getting delivery orders correct. I ordered last month, received the complete incorrect order in my bag with my name. Customer service helped, gave me a credit to try again. Well today I tried again, got my order wrong AGAIN. Just straight up missing food. I don't understand. The old location never ever got the orders wrong. Someone needs to look at work flow at this location and figure out why this keeps happeneing. #694097585

Stopped for lunch about 1: 30 on 12/29. Did my order via the app for rapid pickup through the drive through. I’m alerted via text. That my order is ready. I pull up to the line to merge. And wait 6 min for the car at the window to get their food. Mind you they have 2 parking spots to direct this person to to keep the line flowing. The poor guy in front of me sat through this hole mess for a coffee. Feel bad for him. When we get to the window our drinks were not ready. We got two sandwiches. The sticker wasn’t marked to identify what was what. The order specifically said to include utensils, non was included. All around this was a HORRIBLE experience. I called the store, now about 2pm, to discuss my experience with the store manager, once I got through the automated answering stuff, after about 10 rings the line is dropped.
