20$6.29 for $2.00 worth of food. Looks nothing like what they advertise. I am so sick of being ripped off by these places.
I like the fact that I can go in and work on things and not be bothered or asked to leave. I purchased a drink and worked for about an hour. Great place.
Service was a bit slow.
My bagel came out toasted well and I had no issue with it. My tea on the other hand tasted like it had been sitting out for a very long time.
The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of space.
Take out order was wrong. Got home to find out they put chive and onion cream cheese with a cinnamon raisin bagel not honey walnut cream cheese. Bagel was very hard. Not sure how you can mess that up. Live 45 mintues away. Not worth the drive to go back.
They did get my order right. But the sandwich was sloppy. They seemed very confused while making the food and it took a very long time to finish any orders. I'd suggest going to a different location if you want to get out quickly.
The food always tastes great. A few thought in improvement would be to put decent topping on the smokehouse BBQ sandwich, it never has much in it. And the last time I came in, they got everyone's order wrong in our party. Thankfully it wasn't a big deal for anyone and they made it right quickly.
Never again. Ordered delivery, food never showed up, no text or call, nothing. Had to call them just to be told it was still there and about to leave. Absolutely terrible customer service, permanently lost my business.
This Panera Bread is usually out of most of their bakery items every time I go in for dinner.
Place is currently understaffed, but they're doing a good job regardless. So many white trash b! Tches tho as customers, it's crazy. The food was made and presented well, staff did a good job, but this white b! Tch food is gross dawg
This is the best experience I've had at a Panera in a couple years! They were understaffed but still very quick with service, super friendly, and the food was delicious. I truly hope everyone that worked tonight gets the proper appreciation they deserve from their management. Phenomenal!
I had the pizza. The picture of the pizza looks a whole lot better than what you end up getting.it was all right.nothing to jump up and down about Little on the expensive side for what you got.first time customer I'll go back again to try something different.
Horrible, Horrible. This is the 4th time of the order being wrong. How do you not put chicken on a Asian Chicken Salad. There wasn't Asian salad dressing or sesame seeds either. I have apples slices on my salad which isn't supposed to be on the salad. My daughter ordered extra egg and no extra egg. I will not order online again. No one is answering the phones. Horrible customer service. I spent $35.00 to get some lettuce. I want a full refund.

Waited outside for 40 minutes for my order thinking it was just busy. Turns out they just weren’t paying attention and my order and it had been sitting on the counter the whole time. My food was cold and it wasn’t made properly, it was missing the egg on the sandwich. So I had to go back inside where they just threw a egg on my already cold sandwich. Ugh never again
I met a contractor that was hiring for a excavation operator unfortunately I did not get the job. I actually love this restaurant every time I go there I'm treated very well good customer service good food. I would highly recommend this place for lunch.
Very friendly staff. Can get a bit backed-up at times but the customers who are regulars seem to like this place.
Such a slow experience, the place was slow with terrible workers who do not care and cause the store to be backed up with people everyday!
I should record my interaction the next time I visit this location. I am a DoorDasher meaning I am helping support your business thru delivery, however the way I am treated every time I come in is ridiculous given I may come back and be a paying customer at any time. First of all the DoorDash rack is never used therefore I have to always ask for my order. On multiple occasions I have asked if my DoorDash order is ready and have been ignored, shrugged off. Today an older women cashier with short gray/brown hair response to me saying “hi i am here for a doordasher are they still making my order since it’s not on the rack” her: “I don’t know ask them” and proceeds to formally greet another white male customer walking in.
After ten mins of waiting and no further acknowledgement a Hispanic women comes from the back and greets me and ask if I’ve been help.
Treat your DoorDash workers better! And your black customers
The cashier was so busy on her phone she didn’t address me at all. The manager walked to the back after asking where my stolen food was to go food was. And the cook couldn’t remember a online order from a in person order. Completely under staffed
I ordered chicken noodle soup. When I got home it was only broth, no noodles or chicken. Such a waste of money!
It was okay. I've never done an order pick up and there were no instructions on where to actually pick up the food. Thankfully there was a staff member who I could ask and then my food was not in the pick up spot even though I was told my food was ready. I won't be doing that again. I'll just dine in as I normally do.
