Cafe Panera Bread reviews
12Just left the Sedalia location, I am a regular here at this location and let me tell you they have the best service! Ashlyn at the front register was incredible today in helping me out and going above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. She’s awesome and so is this location!
Best place to eat when you want something that's as equally tasteful as it is good for you! The plant based "charged" lemonades are great for anyone needing a boost to get through the day without resorting to energy drinks. No matter what meal of the day it is, Panera has something great for you to indulge in!
It's now one of my favorite restaurants. This was my first time going. I only wish we had one in my immediate area
So we are not from here we live in South Dakota. And we have been to this Panera one other time & the service was excellent. Until today that is, we ordered our bagels and wanted them sliced & toasted. The counter person said she would get to them asap. So we took a seat an waited no big deal. Well we sat for maybe 6 mins. Then decided to stand over by the window where they bring out food so people can pick it up. Stood there another 5 to 6 mins and nothing. So this lady that was working asked if we got our order and we said no. She asked for a name and we told her and again sat for another 5 to 6 mins and nothing was happening. Everyone was getting their bagels and food orders but nothing seen for our 6 bagels. So I went up to the same lady and said excuse me but we have been waiting now 20 mins and we haven't seen our order. I told her what we ordered and about another 3 mins or so she hands us a bag and puts and extra cream cheese in and say sorry for the wait.
Ok well that's all good but giving an extra cream cheese for six bagels is way to much so not needed. We appreciate the thought but come on people have to go back to work. By the time we got our food we had little time to eat it before my fiance had to return back to work. And the girl who was running the front dropped the ball and never once offered help even though she seen us waiting and she did nothing. Felt very ignored and honestly very upset. And to top it off we only got 2 bagels that we ordered the other 4 were not what we ordered. We will not use the front counter person anymore. She is lazy and honestly needs to have customer training she became annoyed cause we asked for our bagels to be toasted and sliced. Well sorry but this is your job and this is what you offer your customers. So if you can't do your job then maybe find another where you don't deal with customers. Very upset and annoyed
My daughter and I came in at 8: 30,30 minutes before closing. All the staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and carefully made.
You know what your getting from Panera, it's usually pretty good, the atmosphere is always pretty nice, but those corporate things often don't translate to the people. What kind of service you get comes down to the individuals, and the leadership they receive.
I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well, especially at a time of day, when people are winding down and focusing on the the things that need to be done to go home.
This was my first time eating at Panera. The bread was tasty even though they were out of the bread it was supposed to be on. I had the steak and cheese. Had there been 4 times the filling, it would've almost been worth the price. Service was the best part of the whole experience for me.
Food is good. Employees are professional. For the last three or four times in a row they did not listen. If I order for extra cilantro they barely put any on it. If I order extra on the side they don't put any on it. I ask no they put a lot on and no sauce. There was one time I watched them prep my food and had to correct them twice. I could the employee was frustrated, and I understand you want to be fast, but I would rather wait a few extra seconds and have my food made the way I want than fast and have it all screwed up! The reason I gave them a low rating is because they keep on making the same mistakes! Yes I have spoken to the manager about it, but not sure if it did any good. If it keeps happening I will stop going there. As much as they charge they shouldn't be making as many mistakes as they have been
Plan on coming in 15 minutes earlier than usual for rapid pickup. 3 people came and went while I came in waiting for my rapid pickup order.
Besides the tables being pretty messy inside sometimes, the Sedalia Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. Recently, I’ve been frequenting this place. Their chocolate croissants are the best! It was so nice outside today that I drank my charged lemonade outside. It was really tasty.
Food is good but customer service is horrible. Drive thru always take too long, shouldn’t have to wait 25 mins for a bowl of soup.
I gave it another go after being disappointed years ago - that one was hundreds of miles from here
Seems claiming you source great ingredients doesn't make up for mediocre preparation.
I'm not even picky - so making 5 star's on rest of review doesn't make up for food disappointment
Love going to relax in the mornings and reading my Bible. With my iced coffee and a breakfast item. The sip club is just an added bonus. The atmosphere is quiet and so relaxing.
