Food was pretty good and priced accordingly. Having a restaurant in the museum is nice and convenient. I would recommend a visit to both.

Not easy for vegans to
Find good food in St Louis. The cauliflower steak was exceptional! Panorama has a real chef who is really good! The carnivores also touted their lunches. So happy to have topped off a lovely morning touring the Native American exhibit with a wonderful lunch!

Food was very good. I had to call a few weeks later asking for a copy of my receipt and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

Tori, Nae and Amber were amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was beautiful and tasty, and the experience was an excellent start to our museum- themed day.

Food -
Hamburger was decent - but I asked for it medium rare and it was WELL DONE…. And it’s not as if I asked, unprompted, for a medium rare. My server asked me how I would like it done, and I answered medium rare. Why bother asking if the kitchen won’t deliver? Not a problem I attribute to my server, though. Accompanying chips were way too salty. Burger itself was decent, as I said, but completely lacked structural integrity in a way that was unpleasant to eat. Things were just kind of thrown together (most of the lettuce was outside the bun) in a way that suggested carelessness. A 3/5 burger, maybe?

My mother had some kind of breaded chicken sandwich, which initially arrived very burnt-looking. Besides that, the sandwich looked fine, a nicely breaded and decently constructed sandwich. We asked for a new sandwich (my mom hates burnt food) but the second time it came back, it was lacking 2 ingredients completely. (prosciutto and buratta) feeling bad, we didn’t send it back again, but we were confused. Plus, while the initial sandwich had a decent looking breaded chicken cutlet, the second piece of chicken looked like a sad microwaved middle school lunch chicken cutlet. I’ll also add that the second sandwich was half the size of the first (which was.confusing). The piece of chicken was much smaller and sadder looking. The sandwich’s bottom piece of bread was also so incredibly soggy that it bordered on inedible, like wet tissue paper, so my mom ended up taking a few bites of the chicken and called it a day. I guess it was a bad day for the kitchen, and we did feel bad for sending the sandwich back in the first place so. 1/5 sandwich, averaging out with the burger to bring food to a 2/5.

Service -
Various servers/people kept putting their hands on the back of my chair/empty chairs at my table while navigating the restaurant space which was not necessary considering the amount of space between tables. This I found incredibly unpleasant, mostly because it kept distracting me from my conversation and made me feel like my space was being invaded (although not egregiously, just noticeably) throughout the meal. Maybe it’s because they were older and needed to use my chair to help them round corners? Something I found odd is that most of the servers also did not make eye contact/avoided eye contact, not that I really minded, because I also don’t love eye contact - just noticed. At certain points of the meal there would be absolutely no one on the floor, which was also off putting. 2/5

Atmosphere -
Lovely big windows are wonderful, and you can tell that the space wants to feel elegant and premium, but it just… doesn’t. Especially combined with the servers/food, I found it difficult to relax completely and enjoy the view. 3/5…?

The hostess LaToria Bell was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism and style matched the ambiance and elegance of the establishment. Our server Kelvin gave excellent recommendations and went out of his way to assist with food allergies and preferences. He was professional and kind. Due to these people I will definitely be back with more friends.

Panorama is a beautiful restaurant that fits nicely with the look of the St. Louis Art Museum's newer wing. The room feels spacious and airy, helped by the large bank of windows along one wall. The food is reliably good, but the service can be inconsistent. Definitely worth stopping in for lunch if you are visiting the museum.

We stopped in before walking through a special exhibit. The food and service were great. Good cocktails, too.

Such a mixed bag. Our server was great, food was good, BUT getting acknowledged and then seated even with a reservation is a study in frustration. Slow does not even begin to cover it. IF you can get someone's attention and IF you can get a table it's a good option if you're visiting the museum. Otherwise, it's not worth the convenience of not leaving the museum, so look elsewhere. You have a better chance of being treated like you matter.

The Panorama has a very lovely view. The food is spectacular, though the steak portion size could be a bit bigger. The desert is delectable. And the staff works like a well oiled machine. I love dining here.

Each of us tried a different menu item. We were so very impressed with the food and our host was on top of it! He quickly filled our beverages when they were low. EXCELLENT!

Great little hidden gem in the art museum. Food was fresh and delicious and the service was great. I really enjoyed the mimosa cocktail as well.

This was my first time here on Sunday Oct 2nd and the young lady that checked us in for our reservations was amazing! She was so welcoming and kind making my first experience at Panorama wonderful. It also helped that the food was delicious.
