Papa John's Pizza, Rock Hill MO

This Papa John's is exactly what you expect they make decent pizzas in a timely manner. Never had delivery so I don't know what that experience is like.

Manager quoted one price on the phone and charged another price when we got there. Also said a phone order would go towards Papa Rewards but it doesn't. Ordered 11 pizzas. Would not do anything to "make it right". Disappointing. Pizza itself was good, otherwise would be 1 star.

The manager on nights don’t know what he is doing I am a dasher and he forgot to put the pizza in oven for one of my customers so it cost me money sitting waiting for their pizza. Don’t order from this Papa John’s

My daughter and I picked up pizzas late night! It was delicious. The young black manager was very polite and professional. Will return for more.

They took our order 40 minutes before they closed, said it would be here then closed and took our money!

Ordered through DoorDash and was sent a pizza that was not fully cooked. They also forgot to send my Pepsi with the dasher. I tried to get a refund through DoorDash but they would not issue a full refund. Called the store and they stated they could not issue refund due to it being 3rd party. You’d think they resend a fresh pizza, offer a gift card, but nothing!

Don't order delivery. Over TWO HOURS! Couldnt even call the location to cancel. Hated ordering through some non English speaking foreigner also! Worst ever

Delivery driver went above and beyond for my order tonight, didnt catch his name but he was awesome! Order was placed right around 830

Really nice staff, pizza was well done, my only complaint is the location. Wish there were more branches nearby.

Order took an hour and 13 minutes to come. Pizza bottom wasn't cooked, toppings were sloppy and half the pizza was just red sauce without cheese. Not sure why just the Rock Hill franchise is terrible, but Papa John's in other cities/locations is good. We hadn't ordered from this location in months and now I remember why.

I will never order from here my pizza was not done so I called and asked for a remake I guess they was mad and burnt it the second

I hadn't had Papa John's in a while but someone gave me a gift card so I tried it again and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a small bacon pizza online and chose curbside pickup. After arriving, I checked in on my phone and the nice employee brought the pizza right out to my car. I was so hungry that I ate 3 fresh and hot slices right there in the parking lot. My last memory of Papa John's pizza was it being floppy with a terrible crust that looks like a hand rolled play-doh snake around the perimeter but this crust was light, flakey, and with the right amount of char. Papa John's forgot to add the dipping sauce and the pepper but it's probably for the best since I was eating in my car like a slob. It is funny though because right on the box they bragged about the sauce and pepper not costing extra.

HORRIBLE service. Was told my pizza would take 60 minutes, which was ridiculous but fine. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later I asked for a refund and the woman I spoke to (who claimed she was the manager) could not have been more rude. She actually insulted me and argued with me.
Ended up going to Imos in Des Peres. Way better service and great pizza. Took 25 minutes.

I ordered pizza LAST NIGHT at 8 o'clock. (It never showed up) I wake up this morning to find my pizza was actually delivered to the back side of my house without any phone call no knock nothing. Is this seriously how you are conducting business PapaJohns we are in the middle of a pandemic & you choose to throw people's hard earned money away like this? !

Very bad service I ordered my pizza and they take an hour and a half to bring it, I called to find out where my pizza was, and they replied that they did not have my address

The customer service is awful.i just ordered from there and there was one employee did not have his mask on at all.i don’t feel comfortable knowing that someone is in there not wearing a mask and dealing with my food.
