Papa John's Pizza, St. Louis MO

We ordered the pizza they sent it to the wrong house they didn’t knock they didn’t verify the address we had to look on our neighbors doors to find our pizza and when we opened the box there were hundreds of ants a stink bug and 2 roaches crawled out

The driver that brought our Pizza was awesome! Erica was the best.she is always pleasant and professional:) the pizza was good also

They dropped our pizza off at the wrong house and never knocked or anything and once we were told it was delivered it was over 30 min snd when we brought the pizza inside there we’re ants and roaches in our pizza

The pizza not only does not look appetizing but it's cold, barely looks cooked.by far worst pizza I ever had.and it's my first time getting pizza from them

Worst pizza experience I've ever had waited 2 hours called the store 2 times just to double check on my order told me they were making it and would be there shortly for them to cancel my order and receive no refund either and can't contact the store cuz now there closed and refuse to do anything I want my money back like this place straight does you wrong and doesn't care I'm getting ahold of corporate

This is supposed to be a NY style pizza with extra cheese, extra pepperoni and mushrooms, judge for yourself, what a rip off

Called for delivery and they charge me and then called my phone saying their delivery drivers car is not working? ! Really so now i cant order other food and didn't offer a coupon or anything i use to like papa john guess i wont be ordering from these ppl!

After waiting almost 90 min for the order I called store. They sd it's been delivered. I never got it. With no apology or restitution for inconvenience, papa johns sd they wld either refund my $ or replace order. No offer

Ordered a pizza online for scheduled time. Order was made more than 20 minutes earlier. Canceled order because I thought the pizza would be fresh.

Placed a order at 5 pm over phone because online was not working properly. Only to go there and told they don’t have a order for me. I confirmed there # before I left.

Horrible Pizza Here! Had Papa John’s from the Arnold location and I decided to try pizza from the Affton location.
The difference in quality was tremendous.
DO NOT ORDER FROM AFFTON LOCATION!
I ordered a “Shaqaroni” pizza from Affton location and what I got was a “Charles Barkley”, poor in toppings and quality, absolutely horrible.

In my experience, Papa John's has mostly been a great place to get delivery from. But the key word is MOSTLY, as in most of the time. There have been a few times where I disliked the food and there were sometimes rude service as well. But that was only a few times so that is why I am giving Papa John's 4 out of 5 stars. I hope this review can help you out when you decide that you're in the mood for some pizza!

As soon as I walked in the building the Manager shouted "WELCOME TO PAPA JOHN'S"! I really did feel welcome. Thanks gang.

I usually come here all the time but I prefer delivery mostly and they’re always good but a lot greasy. This time I placed a carry out order and when I get the the register the counter and register had flying bugs on them. As the woman places my pizza box on the counter one of these insects proceeds to fly onto my pizza box and into the crack, then another one flew into my eye and the woman the entire time has a grin on her face and is waiting for payment. My appetite was ruined to say the least, Ik it sounds funny but I’m being completely honest and it was disgusting

This Papa John’s has been getting worse and worse. We ordered quite frequently and it used to be super hot/fresh and loaded with toppings. However lately, our pizza has been so thin and soggy the pizza doesn’t hold its shape and I think their grilled chicken topping wasn’t even a topping.it was two cubed pieces on the whole thing. I’ve tried filled out their customer feedback form several times with no response. Just super disappointed since it used to be good.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PAPA JOHNS IN A 50 MILE RADIUS. You need to try the jalapeño poppers, some of the best I have ever had. 10/10 speedy delivery also!
