Papa Johns Pizza, Arnold MO

Placed an order over 70$ waited four hours called days in advance for this special order for a big party 10 rolled around and no pizza. This store manager said she was sorry but they only have two drivers and use door dash. We waited and finally called and she did say she will refund me in 72 hours, but the fact that no one contacted me and I was diligent in callings days in Advance so everything was set up is ridiculous! I had to call four times to check on the pizza and one time was hung up on. I will never use papa
Johns again, we ended up with no food (ordered six) at a large party!

Very disappointing! I love papa johns and would order at least twice a week from the Watson store. I moved here to Arnold and was excited to see they were so close, but when I ordered my food, it was not good! The Peperoni pizza looked like it was slid around before it was delivered to me, the cheese and toping were all on 1 side. I also ordered light sauce and it had tons of sauce on it. I got Cheese bread as well and half didn't even have cheese on it.the Garlic Knots had so much garlic on it, it was dripping out of the box. I will not order from this location again.

Be very careful if you place an order later in the evening. I was told that they were still doing deliveries about an hour before they closed. I placed my order and was charged. About an hour and a half later I went to see where the pizza was and they cancelled my order. I was not notified they were cancelling it and the refund takes days to come back. The call center is extremely unhelpful and very hard to understand. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I knew they would cancel it. Very dissatisfied.

I was in their parking lot and ordered a pizza online. Walked in 5 min later to pay and my pizza was already done. Obviously I got someone else's mistake and of course by the time I got it home it was old and cold. I won't waste my money here anymore.

The stuffed crust is delicious! The cheese actually stays in the crust unlike some other places.

DoorDash drivers BEWARE! They will steal your orders and take your money. They ripped me off for a few deliveries. Nothing but rude kids with no respect working. Horrible experience Doordash drivers decline Papa Johns at all cost!

They got my order wrong and the number u call to order is an answering service and they route the call to whichever papa john's they want u to go to. They sent my order to arnold, wen I had told them imperial. Needless to say, I didn't get my expected delivery AND I had to go pick it up at 1am. It SUCKED!

Called to place an order they lady on the phone could barely speak English. Then had an error on her end of the computer had to wait on hold for 15min then she tried to transfer me directly to the store. (Apparently you call Papa John's now it goes to a call center over seas) I stayed on the line to be transferred exactly back to the same call center to another person who barely spoke English i had to repeat my phone number and my order several times. Then he say an 1 hour and 29 mi delivery time at 10: 45pm at night

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from this location again. I have had multiple issues with this location. I ordered a pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way and was still doughy. Their solution to this was to just order my pizza well done so it would be cooked all the way. The next time I ordered my pizza well done and they delivered it burnt. I called the store and asked for the manager. I proceeded to explain to Garrett (the assistant manager) that my pizza was burnt and I wanted a replacement. He argued with me that he had cut my pizza and it wasn’t burnt. He told me it was cooked well done just like I ordered it and that he wouldn’t replace my pizza or give me a refund. He was completely disrespectful and rude. When I called the store back he answered the phone and mocked me. He started rambling “it’s a wonderful day at papa johns this is Garrett speaking it’s cold and rainy outside” he proceeds to update me on the weather and then tells me again that my pizza wasn’t burnt and there wasn’t a chance in hell that he was going to send out a replacement. I called the Fenton location and spoke with the manager there. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. This is just completely unacceptable and he should be fired. Apparently im not the only customer he has treated this way and he’s had many customer complaints. This location has completely lost my business if they are going to allow this type of behavior at their establishment. This situation won’t be resolved until Garrett is terminated.

Worst customer service ever. Pizza quality has gotten very bad recently. Never ordering from this one again.

This can't be acceptable to do not only while working but feet on a food prep table! Honestly who puts their shoes on a prep table in a restaurant?
