Papa Johns Pizza, Valley Park MO

Ordered small bbq chicken/bacon pizza. Pick it up within 20 mins. Upon arriving home someone decided it would be awesome to throw onions on top.

After an hour and a half we called to check on our delivery and we're hung up on by the female employee who had answered the phone. Then we were told by the store manager that they were very busy and she shouldn't have hung up on me but that they were short on staff so he understood why. To be clear I've ordered from here for my kids, once a week, for four years, and I never will again.

Ordered dinner for me and some co workers today and never got my order. We work at the mall but the driver and store both had my number. I left details as to call me once the driver got to the mall but nobody ever called me. It was supposed to be here at 6: 30 but finally at 7: 15 I called to ask about my order and the manager told me it was my fault for not answering my phone. 0 missed calls, 0 voicemails, 0 text messages. Rude manager, lazy drivers not wanting to actually do their job. I watched the tracker for quite some time and it never said it was being prepared, or baked or anything. 70 minutes later it says it’s on its way and never shows.

The workers at this location are always insanely incompetent of doing their simple job. I came in for a pick up and they told me it would be 10 minutes so I went in my car and sat there for 10 minutes and then I came back in and they told me it would be 15 more minutes. Brutal service and rude workers

Listen up, everyone - this is not the Central West end. This is Valley Park. Adjust your expectations to match your reality.

Friday night - my online carryout order took a long time but the place was well staffed and the employees were attentive to me. Sure, the pizza was a little wobbly without a firmly crisp base, but they were slammed.

It was hot and tasted good and the people were down to earth and nice.

I went and picked up my own delivery order an hour and a half after I placed it. I had tried calling and no one answered. Go anywhere else. The schnucks has frozen pizza across the street.

Absolutely horrific. Two Pizza pick-up order took an hour and a half. Tried calling the store, no one answered. Arrived at the store and they haven't even began making my order. There was a line out the door strictly just for refunds because of wait times over 2 hours. Extremely rude staff that basically said it's going to be a multiple hour wait or you can have your money back.

Ordered a pizza, was given a 48 minute order delivery time. Took nearly 90 minutes. When I called the person who answered the phone said sorry we have a big school fundraiser going…when my pizza arrived it was literally cold. Totally unacceptable

It’s been over 2 hours on an estimated 55-79 minute delivery. No one answers the phone. No idea when my pizza will arrive.

Waited 3 hours, called 4 times.first hour was refunded because of miscommunication on my part with my phone number, re ordered, waited 2 more hours when my wait was 41 mins and got this.never again.

Uncooked pizza and an extra wait time of 25mins. None of the employees wearing mask or gloves.

My ordering experience was easy, but the delivery was not per its usual standard. Half the pizza, which was delivered just a few minutes ago, was off the bread (shown in the attached picture). I called multiple times before getting a response. Was offered a quality guarantee, to redeem the same order in the future.

I ordered at 9pm. Took them until 10: 30pm to get to my house when they said it would only take 30 minutes. Pizza & cheese sticks were cold when they got here. Will not order from them again.

I ordered online jalapeño pop-up rolls and pizza with olive, spinach, jalapeño and pineapple my family loved it. It is sealed nicely delivery on time weekend they are busy but I love Papa John's pizza and they add pickle peper with it which I love.

They're very busy Saturday night But still got my pizza In a good amount of time Very friendly Service was great And the pizza was delicious

Ordered my pizza well done. Came undercooked almost raw. Paid for extra pepperoncini’s, and an extra cup of garlic butter. Neither were in the box. Tried to call the store, phone just rang and rang. Drove up to return the pizza and get my money back. That worked out. 5 stars for voiding out a terrible order.

Just ordered yesterday - Order was correct, delivered hot and fresh, and was very good. I've only had a problem with this store one time, and it was fixed immediately (well over a year ago). Love the Papadias and the new stuffed crust pizza!

Ordered at 5: 30pm for a 7pm order. We got there about 5 minutes early and they said it would be about 20 minutes, so we leave and come back about 25 minutes later. They still had not even started our order and said it would be at least another 15. On top of that 4 of the 8 or so employees were not wearing their masks while making the food and talking to other people. We ended up just canceling the order and going elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be going back.

This Papa John's is always on their game with delivering our food and the driver with the mustang is always polite and friendly

My order was accurate, the food was hot and delicious! The chicken wings were perfectly cooked, crisp and juicy and were served with a great variety of dipping sauces. The staff was very friendly and professional.
