Papa Johns Pizza, St. Louis MO

My husband ordered me an Alfredo pizza and when I opened the box someone was careless enough to spill buffalo sauce in the bottom and place my pizza on top and assume I wouldn’t notice we normally get pizza from here on a regular I’m starting to question why we come if I spend my money I expect my food to be made with care not to be made by people who can’t seem to fix a simple mistake and remake my food I wish I could post the pictures

I got Uber eats delivered from this store. I got a good 60 dollar order with lots of sauces. It was perfect and my order was 100% correct. Thank you to the laclede ave. Papa John's team. You are my go-to store!

Food was good but every time I ordered, it would be delivered by door dash after sitting in there for about an hour. They need more drivers.

Pizza was barely cut and delivery driver didn’t carry change with him and couldn’t break a bill, ridiculous

Well I truly thought that when I ordered online for my food to have it delivered but when I called they said that I ordered it to be picked up and I just had eye surgery that day anyway I asked them to deliver it and then they charged me 5.99 dollars for delivery fee but I still was very happy with my order

Ordered a pizza, a side and a soda at 8: 30p-ish. Original timer said 45 min. Timer kept getting increasing.called the store at 9: 30, was told that my pizza was there and the driver forgot it and was "on the way". Pizza shows up at 10: 15. It was warm.the side order was burnt. Driver said that the store forgot to make it or something. Ate a couple of slices and tossed the rest. 1 star cause the store employee and driver were at least pleasant to talk to. But in one word, the experience was. Next time I'll eat a bowl of cereal.

We ordered a pizza and gave instructions of how to get from the street to our building. The pizza arrived 100% cold and the driver called to say she was here and didn’t even get out of the car. I had to walk all the way down to the street to get my pizza from her car. The worse Papa Johns I’ve ever eaten from. Also the dough had a sweet flavor. Disgusting

They never include your entire order. Today they told me they would send someone out with the sauces they didn’t bring the first time around. They didn’t show up for an hour and a half. My food is ice cold now. I also have received no apology or acknowledgement or anything for how inconvenient this has been.

Terrible location. I ordered my food and was informed it would take an hour and thirty minutes. After waiting two hours, I tracked my order just to notice that it was “cancelled” when I never canceled a thing. Either get more help for this location or shut it down.

Horrible services! Horrible staff! Horrible attitudes! I will never spend my money here at this location ever again or allow anyone I know to spend money at this establishment. Beware, if you ever visit this establishment you'll definitely experience demons

Just picked my pizza up…. Crust is burned, pizza has little to no sauce in it and it’s dry. Of corse, they’re closed now.

Been here 3 times, and I’m never coming back. I order carry out and the pizza is always “running behind” and never on time, and the employees are very unprofessional. Will never come back to this location.

Need to update website hours - person in store said they are closing at 830/9pm until further notice (which is fine & understandable as long as you let people know). I ordered before 830pm - tracker showed picked up though I hadn't picked it up yet. I knocked on the door & was told my order was canceled though I didn't recieve a cancelation email. I was concerned about not getting a refund/record for a refund so I went back to knock on the door. Turns out my order had been sitting there made, though I was told it was canceled & marked as picked up.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Pizza from here is Garbage and the staff is bigger Garbage. Pizza took almost two hours and was cold, when trying to get ahold of staff I was on hold for 44MINS! And when Finally got a hold of a Manager she was very Disrespectful and Unprofessional. Would Not Waste my Time, Money or Effort!

Cancelled my order less than a minute after placing my online order for no reason even though they close in 4 hours. Terrible and lazy workers. Was even for takeout! Not even delivery

Placed a plan-ahead order and received no tracking link in the confirmation email. Order did not arrive on time, and I could not get a hold of anyone despite calling 5 times. A delivery notification was sent 4 hours after the scheduled time, and by the time I received the notification, someone had stolen my order from where it was left. Called twice again the day after and still could not get a hold of anyone! Unreliable and unresponsive service.

The pizzas were ok. Anchovies we're quite sparse. Son's cheese pizza was ok too. Didn't like the crust. Did have an odd taste. One sauce for bread sticks is not enough. Wife's papadilla lacked sauce, it was barely on the papadilla.

Just got my order from this location, it’s the first time trying this location and the register guy was taking orders and he went and start preparing pizza touching the vegetables and cheese and meet without cloves and without even washing his hands after touching the phone and when I asked him why u don’t use cloves and he said we’re not required to use cloves u can go ahead and make a complaint if u want and that’s just disgusting to me that’s food contamination but look like he didn’t care about ppl health and just ignored it, this is a nice location with the wrong employees and management, I would never try it again.
