Papa Johns Pizza, Webster Groves MO

Better experience then the last time I went to Papa John's pizza. I had to order a gluten free chicken pizza.for my grandson. It was on time and my grandson said it was good.

I ordered delivery & the wings barely had any sauce and my pizza was delivered looking like this

This place is a pos they dropped my chicken nuggets on the ground said they were sorry and will be right back but never showed up no refund or response from them so guess I have to go to the credit card for a refund but I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Great manager and great pizza. If something happens to go wrong always fixed. Apparently some of you reviewers think you are perfect. Work in a pizza place or restaurant yourself then you will shut up. Thanks Papa people! You rock!

GARBAGE COMPANY. Ordered pizzas from Watson 63119. Received the order "confirmation" via email. 90 minutes later after the estimated delivery time still no pizza and zero updates. Had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to figure out where our order was. We cancelled immediately, oh but it was still wasn't made anyways. AVOID

What in the entire world is going on! This store no longer has a visible menu and requires you to ONLY use an app to place an order! You can’t get a special offer unless you place the order online! They don’t understand that not everyone wants to be digital especially not senior citizens! They lost almost a $200 order today due to this dumbness! So they want to lose money by inconveniencing people!

This papa John’s is always on point. Seriously. I eat here a lot because it’s always a great experience. Always hot, always quick (less than 15 minutes usually), and the staff is great. A lot of the time when I pickup, they see me coming to the door and already are grabbing my pizzas because they know me lol Point is…place is great. I eat at this papa John’s 1-2 times a week.

There's pizza prepared on time and hot. They sometimes mess up our order but they usually make it right. Check the online specials to see if you can save some money.

Ordered two large pizzas for pick up. They were made quickly and I was texted when they were ready. When I pulled up, I saw a lot of people in the lobby, but the workers were very organized and easily separated those picking up from those ordering. Wonderful experience and great pizza! Thank you!

My order was messed up, but the manager was amazing and he was very nice and friendly, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and even called back to make sure everything was okay… I’d definitely recommend this place

We eat here often. It really is good classic pizza it's one of my sons, 5 and 3, favorite pizza after Imos of course. The price is always good to especially the online Papa Pick-up deal. It would be cool if they would open a location with dine in, my kids always want to go in and eat and we have to tell them we can't.

100% garbage ordered light sauce and it was caked on there, ordered from here a week ago and it was great, not tonight, cnt follow directions, no wonder you work at a pizza joint. One incorrect pizza and jalapeño bites $35 joke.

Way too expensive and I hate the thought of the real Papa John getting my money, he already owns his own golf course.
