I'm moving soon to the Fenton/Arnold area, so figured I'd leave a review. I usually get a pizza and a side every Thursday before some weekly games with friends back in Florida, and it's always been pretty great. Staff is friendly, and the quality is on par with any other Papa John's which I think is cream of the crop for chain pizza. Obviously, if you want a more high-end pizza, you're going to Stefanina's, Nancy's, or Ami's, but for what it is, this location is great.

Service was DEPLORABLE and DISRESPECTFUL. I ordered for delivery and was told 40 to 50 minutes wait time. About 90 minutes later I called and got automated response that they we’re running late (this happened twice). Then I called to speak with someone and was put on hold for an extended period. My husband called with a different phone and they answered right away. While inquiring about our order, my husband was at the window and watched the delivery man place the order (not bagged in bare box) on the floor of our porch. We had pre-paid for this order (to include delivery fee) and tipped 15% in advance.

Ordered a 2 topping pizza, picked it up checked it and the pizza had huge bubbles in it. The manager offered to remake but no apology. I noticed he didn’t have any gloves on, just nasty! Needless to say I got a refund. Ppl are just nasty, like how were these ppl raised.

It took 2 hours for 1 large pepperoni and one 10inch cheese bread to get to my house and once they did they were barely even warm. I called and they said they were running low on drivers and sent my pizzas with door dash. I chose to pay with cash and gave it to the dasher, but i dont know if they just got scammed by their own decision or not, cause i dont know if that dasher knew what they were doing either

I admit I accidentally somehow clicked carry out. When I called to ask for help were told my options wet pick ip cold pizza or pay to twice to have a new order placed. No wonder thus place has a horrible rating.

Unfortunately, pizza was so burnt couldn’t eat most of it, which in turn was a waste of money and extra garlic butter was a pipe dream. This is the second bad experience in a row, will not call and complain because I don’t want free food. Just want people to take pride in their work. My company strives to keep a 4.9 star customer brand experience, wish others would do the same.

I Tried to come here on Tuesday evening just for them to tell me they will not serve me 25 minutes before close. I walked there from Two Shamrocks in the cold because their kitchen closed at 10. I couldn’t come any earlier due to work so I couldn’t make it in time for their own food. First of all, why advertise they are open just to deny people service? I would understand if it was 5 or 10 minutes before close but 25 minutes? What would have happened if I have ordered online? I was going to do that and it let me get all the way to the end before I could hit submit but then I decided to just do a walk in. When I walked in the guy told me they wont take my order because “they already cleaned everything and the oven is on it’s way from shutting down” Again, I would understand if it were 5-10 minutes from close but 25? Due to my experience, it only takes like 15 mins for a pizza to be made. I would have been out the door before 25 minutes. They didn’t even have any other orders. That sounds to me like stuff that has to be done after the store hours are advertised as closed. I understand getting ahead of the game but that sounds like they were lazy and didn’t want to take an order because they have to do stuff again. Even though, they were advertised as open, the doors were unlocked, their sign was still on, and we had the option to place an order online. To me, that was bad service and laziness. Not a good look for a business. Plus they lost money. I walked to dominos afterwards and they were so polite and had great service. The lady who served us was the manager and even she was confused as to why they denied food with that much time left. Bad business on Papa Johns.

I have not ordered here in awhile and well sadly the pizza was not cooked.
I had to put it in the oven an spent about $50 on the order.

Ordered food for dinner, I took it back the next day and they told me no refund even though I brought the food. They told me their policy was I had to call the moment I got the food to get a refund and just bringing it back without calling first wasn’t allowed. Even though I had the receipt and food uneaten on hand.

UPDATE: although we had some trouble redeeming our credit initially, everything was rectified appropriately.
