Papa John's Pizza, St. Louis MO

Zero stars. Waited over 3 hours for a pizza that never arrived. When I called to check on it, twice they told me it was out for delivery. It finally hit 1 am (!) and the store closed and they just stopped answering.

Stood at the register waiting to place a take out order. Stood there for 5 minutes while workers rushed around in the back. One minute after “closing time” the manger walked in and told me no more take out orders and to place an order for delivery. He was not pleasant.

Do not order from here! We were told order would be 30 to 45min out. 2 hours later no pizza and no one will answer the phone at location!

Ordered delivery and they literally never showed up. Calling corporate papa John’s on Monday. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I got the Papadias, they were a little darker cooked than I anticipated but other than that they were extremely good.
I ordered two because I was doing a taste test.
Philly Steak and Cheese and The Italian one, Momma me-ah, they were delishhhh!

Ordered for a group of friends at 11: 30pm last night my order came out to over $80. I was told my food would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. After an hour and a half I reached out to only be hung up on 3 times by a woman who stated I would not be receiving a refund until she voided my order. She didn’t allow me to get one word in about anything. Worst experience ever.

I ordered an hour before they close they accepted my money and then cancelled the order now I have my money on hold and will not be able to use it for a few days

I made A order tonight and I didn't get my order the 1st time so I had too go get A new order unprofessional behavior and the delivery man didn't even bother too come too the front door and it will be A while before I order again from this location Downtown on Pine & N. Tucker Blvd.

Advertise $12 Pizza, new stuffed crust, on hold music, bill was $45 with 2 pizzas and 10% tip. Said 35-40 minutes for delivery, TOOK 2 HOURS TO DELIVER 2 MILES FROM LOCATION in downtown st louis.
I'll never use papa johns again!

Slow service. Food is good but service is really slow. Me and others was standing at the counter for ages while they walked past us, looked at us, came to the computer, looked at us again then walked away. They didn't even ask what we needed, what's the order or nothing. I had to speak up in order to get one of their attention.

The worst. It’s been 2 hours since I ordered. Delivery time was 61 minutes. No one answers the phone when you call yet the automated phone says your pizza will be delivered in minutes.for an hour straight! Never order from this franchise.

Very poor customer service, with rude employees. As a customer, I did not feel valued. Would not delivery to a location which was a mere 3 minutes from the store.

If you want to wait 2 hours and not get a pizza then go ahead and order. Staff is incompetent and rude.

They don't deliver after dark when C/Kaitlyn (allegedly the GM) is in charge of the shift. Apparently this is only her policy because I get delivery from this location after dark quite often when other managers are around who dont mind doing their job

This very well might be the worst place on the face of the planet. Charged me, never delivered the pizza, and won’t answer the phone when I call now.

Food was great. Delivered fast.kinda. Only knock was that they didn't deliver to the room, so I had to meet in lobby. Would have been nice to know when ordering.

So Nasty! Took forever to deliver and I’m. 7miles away. Worst thing is. THE PIZZA ISNT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY. SUPER DOUGHY! Will be contacting corporate. Why they make minimum wage cause they put in minimum work. Nasty place!

Worst staff ever. Would not deliver pizza two blocks away and refused to let us pick up pizza. I hope this place closes.

Currently been on hold for 9 minutes. They close in 45 mins & I guess don’t want to work? That’s fine. I’ll keep my money.

Worst customer service that I have ever seen I called this location to order food and I have been on hold for 15 minuets I guess they don’t want make money.
