Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Lee's Summit MO

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed not only with the customer service that I received but also the quality of the food. Owen was the young man that waited on us he was super informative, very helpful I have never had that good of service at this location ever in the 8 years I have lived in this city. The Establishment was very clean and I will definitely return! Thank you owen!

I have ordered Papa Murphys for years. This location twice. On the second order, the pizza floated in grease. I wasn't really paying attention and put it in the oven. After a bit, the house was filling with smoke. Took out the grease soaked pizza and threw it away. Still grease on the bottom of the pan. Couple nights later, I was using my oven. Apparently the grease had dripped into the bottom of the oven and started a fire. This happened in December. I call this location and supposedly spoke to the manager. The lady stated this is above her and have someone contact me. Corporate referred me to store. Well, it is February 13th and still no response.

Oh my gosh went into this place to get an order the girls were just bickering and bickering and bickering and the girl named Paige was the loudest bitchin about all the hours that she's going to have to work so loud another lady and there I asked her how long all this been going on and she's like shaking her head this is crazy yeah this is great for business

Pizza was excellent but they had a sign inside that said 2 20oz sodas. I ordered and found out they only sold 2 liters. Why the sign

Fine location for tasty pizza. Visited on a Wednesday I think. The service was sociable and attentive.

The ladies were helpful when I asked a question and professional checking out! I will go to this place again.

Our local Papa Murphy's on Ward Road, in Lee's Summit, is fantastic! The staff is friendly and observe obvious good hygiene and distancing in these days of Covid. Their service and pizza matched.

I forgot to send my BOGO coupon with my husband so he paid full price. Called to see if I could bring the coupon back, was told sorry, no. So, sorry Papa, bye bye!

Shout out to Justin for being the most amazing Papa Murphy’s employee EVER! First he called me after I placed my order to confirm I wanted red sauce rather than oil on my half of the pizza (totally didn’t cross my mind that the toppings I picked wouldn’t mesh as well with the original sauce), THEN he was the sweetest when we were running late to pick up our pizzas at the end of the night right before closing. Also, he hooked us up with some amazing salads. Justin is quite literally the best!

Long story short, Justin deserves a raise!

Roll it up and eat it right away, like a big doughey burrito (not recommended), or take it home and cook it to perfection, and then burn your mouth, because you can't be patient. It's perfect when they give it to you. The rest is up to you. The hardest part is waiting for it to cook. Get yourself a pizza, or two. You deserve it.

Stuffed pizza The Big Murphy.and WOW! If you love crust, this is your baby. We got it without the green peppers and threw some extra cheese on it before we stuffed it in the oven. Been a long time since I've had Papa Murphys.in my opinion, it beats any mainstream pizza chain that delivers (or at least this pizza did). Very impressed to say the least!
