Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza, Jefferson City MO

Worst crust ever. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. This is by far the worst traditional crust that I have ever had there. I don't know if they changed ingredients due to inflation but yuckkkk!

I ordered 3 pizzas and paid via online tonight. We received confirmation that our order would be ready at 6: 49 pm. Arrived at the door at 6: 50 to find it locked. There was someone working at the cash register that just wanted to tell us he was closed. We could see the order ready on the shelf but had to convince him that was ours. Last time I checked, 6: 50 was not 7: 00. A phone number was provided with the order. If they needed to close early, they should have called.

I have never ordered from this place before. I did so for my son’s birthday party. The pizza was absolutely amazing! We ordered both thin crust and regular crust with toppings and they both baked beautifully. We will definitely eat from this place again and I highly recommend it!

I don’t know what is going on with this Papa Murphy’s but I think they really need a change in management. I am a regular customer and the past several times I have arrived my pizza has not been ready. I order several hours in advance on the App. To make matters worse they always seem to add ingredients I my pizza that I asked to be removed such as onions. There’s even been one pizza in the last few weeks they added spinach to and the pizza doesn’t even have that as an option. I think it’s going to be time to take my business else where as this is horrible customer service. Good luck to anyone who tries to order from here in the future.

Their Friday take n bake special was actually really good! I bought 2 pizzas for $5 each. At least I didn't have to worry about it getting cold on my drive home, just popped it in the oven

Alway’s loved there pizza, last few orders seems like they are getting a little lite with there toppings though!

This place is awesome. One of my most favorite places to get pizza. AND they know how to make things right! My last experience was not superb, but the workers were super nice and we got a pizza with all the things we had originally wanted on the pizza.
