I get Dave almost everytime I come to Pappas and he's always helpful and kind and his relaxed demeanor makes it always an easy time.

Great service experience. Had an appointment and they got me in right at scheduled time. That’s big right there. Simple oil change and transmission flush. In and out in about an hour. My preferred place for servicing my Toyota.

Avoid this place at all cost. I expect long lead times, big mark ups, and hard deals nowadays. The first impression experience as we drove through the lot and asked for help was shocking.

We drove in on June 26th 2023 around 4: 35-4: 45 on our way to Menards. We are driving my father in laws 2011 Tundra Titanium that we were borrowing. We drove past 3 salesmen all sitting on/around golf carts. I wave as I pass through. They look the other way. I figured maybe they didn't see me. I take a lap looking for a new 2023 Sienna Titanium. We don't see any mini vans at all which we suspect is because of how the market is and we would need to order one. We were just hoping to get lucky.

We pull back around to the sales guys. We have to get their attention and we asked where the minivans were. The oldest of the men walked up to answer. I didn't catch his name but he had older hair and a short beard. He said we are 6 months out on minivans. We expected that but we were hoping to see something atleast or maybe schedule something to see?

We asked how we can maybe test drive one. With a sarcastic tone he said something along the lines of "now that's the problem ain't it? ". Yep that sure is a problem I guess; but you have no options? He suggested we got RENT ONE from a rental company! He also said, "well most people who own Toyotas buy Toyotas, which it looks like you do". Firstly it's not my truck I was driving. Secondly even IF it was mine going from Tundra to a Minivan should warrant more than brand loyalty. Even if I was loyal Toyota customer, that would of been destroyed with that service. Ironically my father in law bought his truck from there 380k miles ago. He will not be buying there again after our experience.

Crazy that with all the customers expenses - the wait times and inflated prices - that customer service is also at my expense. Luckily since everything is to order - I will be taking my trade-in and order somewhere else.

Bald finance guy was super chill and nice, and Neil was a great dresser. In the end, it is a great dealership with great service

I always wait while my car is being worked on. The employees are excellent and keep me informed of what they are doing and how long it'll be. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely pathetic experience at the Toyota dealership today. I have a $52,000 Toyota sienna and it only has 20,000 miles on it and the rear door has malfunctioned and they are unwilling to help me in anyway to resolve this matter.

I explain to them that it just stopped working properly, and they told me I had to contact the body shop and was unable to provide any assistance with any thing close to a resolution!

This place is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money!

They just want to weasel their way out of warranty repair work and avoid helping in any way.

Now, I have an appointment at the Lou Fusz Toyota dealership, where they have a body shop and hopefully they will actually be able to help me instead of simply trying to take advantage of a paying customer.

Update: After speaking with the service manager, who requested a phone call, it appears I’m still stuck in a world now where Toyota no longer makes high-quality products and they make low quality garbage when referring to the newer model quality and reliability!

I recently had my 07 camry hybrid worked on and had a great experience. The customer experience was amazing and top notch! The communication was constant and I was updated about everything. Anthony our service technician was on the ball, amazing and the perfect representative for Pappas Toyota! He was great to work with and excellent to communicate with. Our part was ordered within one day and work was completed the next. Our costs were broken down over the phone and documented for us too. We were never pressured into accepting charges and we were given plenty time to think about our options before committing. No high pressure tactics here.

Great experience dropping off my vehicle. They performed the recommended maintenance issues and communicated well when the vehicle was ready. Quick drop off and quick pick up.

This place is freaking amazing, multiple people in my family have been doing business here w barry & brett for a couple years now & i couldn't be more thankful! They are so patient & understanding & they will do whatever it is they need to do to make sure that their customers are 100% satisfied.thank you to barry & brett & everyone else for being so awesome to me & my family

Took my 2022 Highlander in for the 15K mile check up. I made my appointment online and added a note that my WiFi keep locking up. They wanted to charge me $99 to check it out. Turns out that just didn't have time to check it out. They were trying to just brush it off, my advisor could have just asked me to reschedule to have it checked out correctly. The waiting area is nice and spacious

My first review, from a couple years ago, was five stars.
Down graded to 3 stars, which would be just two, but good help is hard to find everywhere, so they receive a "push" and get a third star.

Service has become "hit and miss" here.

Not sure if I'll be back.

Toyota (manager or chatbot) DO NOT put your standard "I'm so sorry we didn't meet your expectations; please call me. " note, as it won't help you.

Very efficient and accurate with diagnosis and repairs. Very pleased with the ease and professionalism of this location. Very candid about pricing/ costs as well.
