Overall we were very pleased with having our floors refinished by Paramount Flooring. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we were never sure when the crew would show up. Communication with the work crew could have been better.
Kevin made a special transition piece for a difficult area and it looks wonderful.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. They installed our hardwood floors when our house was built. Amazing Job! We had a water line bust 2 years later and the floors needed replaced in areas and repaired in other. Amazing Job! Had another water line bust 6 months later which created a lot of damage. We told our GC we wanted to use Paramount Flooring again. The floors look amazing. These guys are courteous, respectful of our home and belongings, very professional, and the product is amazing. If you need flooring these are your guys!

I lived in my house for 30 years and never saw the wood floor in my bedroom. Had Kevin refinish the wood floor and it looks great. Was fast.

Kevin and team at Parsmount were awesome! They refinished our floors in our 117 year-old home and installed in our addition. They worked fast and clean. Very pleasant crew, extremely knowledgeable and great price. Will be using them again on the 1st floor.

Kevin with paramout flooring was as fourth coming as he could be ecsplaining what it would take to get my floors back into pristine shape. My house went on the market two days after completion and sold within 24 hrs I credit paramount with the successful sale his crew was Profesional hard working and prompt. My floors are beautiful! We had new flooring installed in our dining room and the rest of our hardwoods refinished. They were professional and great to work with! And patient as I picked the stain!

Kevin and his crew did an excellent job on refinishing our wood floors. From start to finish very professional and excellent quality. After they were finished, I got the "WOW" factor. I used Paramount to refinish my hard wood floors and replace all of my stair and catwalk spindles with metal spindles. The floors and the spindles look absolutely amazing. The customer service was fantastic. After the floors had been completed, my husband accidentally scratched the floors when he was putting our refrigerator back and Kevin fixed it with no issues. I highly recommend this company.
