Parc at Creekside Apartments reviews
11Our request has been in for quite awhile and we haven’t heard from anyone other than our request being closed out. We had to buy a drain extension hose to use our washer because if we use the drain in the wall the water leaks out under the wall and creates a flood in our kitchen.
Amazing experience with RJ Nelson had great conversations and very knowledgeable about the property and area, as well as a beautiful property and gorgeous homes, can't wait to hear back about becoming a new resident.
The maintenance is very good over here and the office (Ausha) does good work as well I love it. They stay on top of their work
This is a quiet place and the people in the office are very nice and the maintenance guy named Anthony is very very good and a hard worker. I love it
The staff in its entirety are professional, thorough and I am glad I am a tenant in this apartment complex.
I just love my apartment here at Parc at the Creekside. They have renovated the whole apartment complex. It feels good to come into a unit that has brand new appliances. It’s newly remodeled and there are minor issues but the maintenance team is on it, and resolving all issues.
It wasn't told to me that it would take until the next evening to get the pipes switched out to the tub so
I wasn't able to shower for 2 days. But after they got in and start to work they did a great job. Thank you
I didn't put anything in yet because I'm not there yet, I have not moved in yet thank you for checking on this
The approach when I first came in the office was so warming, and the showing of the apartment with Kim was amazing she’s nice, respectful and genuine
DO NOT MOVE HERE. It feels like I am renting from a slumlord. Leasing staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. Moved in and my unit had no working shower, the AC did not work during days where the outside temperatures were over 100 degrees, the gas was not turned on making the stove and oven unusable, and the dishwasher leaked water when in use. Water in our building is continuously turned off for other buildings to be worked on (without any prior notice). Pool is green, no key fab for gym, and the public washers and dryers are still not available for use. I WISH that was the worst part. Only a month after living here I had two cars stolen from the property. I provided my police report number to the leasing agents and I was told by the front office that they would reach out to the security company that had cameras posted and provide video to the police. I reached out via email and phone asking if the video had been sent to police and did not receive response back from the front office for a week, and the response was that they were unable to help with what I was asking. Sadly though, it is truly the leasing staff that have made me despise living here. Their attitudes and lack of communication make it difficult to get any issues resolved.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. DO NOT BE FOOLED. On the surface, everything seemed fine and the apartments seemed promising (though they didn’t show us any actual units, only model units). As a result, my wife and I signed a lease almost 2 months in advance.
Leading to our impending move, we started to ask questions about key pick up and move in instructions. They completely ghosted us. However, we knew that they were busy since it was a new development and we assumed that everything would just work itself out and we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
The day of our move arrives and we have everything packed and ready to go. I arrive at the leasing office to pick up the key and two hours after we were supposed to begin moving, they tell us that the unit failed city inspection and they can’t give us the key! But they offer a bigger unit with the same rent price that will be ready the next day. We begrudgingly accept since we don’t really have a choice. Guess what? They call us the next morning and tell us that there is actually no unit available because all units have failed city inspection! Which is quite literally the worst case scenario because our lease for our current place ended that day and we had nowhere to go. They say that they will have a unit ready in 5 days, but where are my wife, and our entire house of things supposed to go for 5 days? We took off two days of work just to make the move work with our schedule and now we’ve lost money, and we’ve wasted the time of family and friends that had come to help.
At this point, we knew this place couldn’t be trusted. Friends and family thankfully saved us from this disaster situation and we were able to find a new place on the day of thanks to a miracle. They ended up refunding the application fee that we had paid (about $250), but they did not cover other resulting costs that resulted from their complete and utter negligence and poor communication. I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Unless you want to end up homeless by accident.
And don’t trust the other good reviews. If you notice, they all say that they are excited to move in, which implies they aren’t even residents yet. Don’t be fooled by nice service and a pretty exterior. These people don’t know what they’re doing.
