I applied to move in 3 months ago paid a $200 application fee, never moved in also never got my money back. Not the first time I’ve heard of them not giving money back

We got approved for their 2bed 1bath apartment and was supposed to move in september 16th of 2022.they pushed us back a week which was whatever but then after that week passed and for weeks they kept pushing our move in date so we told them we wanted our money back because legally they cannot not do that without a reasonable answer which they were not giving.we now have been struggling for weeks to get our refund back.they won’t answer our calls nothing.

Hello I’ve been living here for 4 years and it is great! I love the area and the community! There is a young lady in the office ms nikki and when I tell y’all she does not play about her resident last, she will get the job done (within 72 hours) and the maitebce team is good here they will fix your stuff or replace no rigging!

I give this place no stars honestly. I just moved in and my apartment is really the worst I ever had and I’m not being funny. I have three little girls and the property manager is not every honest about the condition of the units and maintenance. People have been waiting since March to get things fixed. Mold, water damage and bugs the first day I moved in. We can’t use the pool and the park for the kids is a haunted house. Like honestly I’m just not comfortable. I DON’T RECOMMEND!

I applied to move into Park Meadows in Kansas City, MO 8/1/22 and I had not heard anything regarding the apartment in over a month. I sent an email on 8/28/22 and did not know what to do so I went to the complex on 9/6/22 and was totally disgusted by the property and staff. I was in the parking lot and went up to read the sign on the door a staff member came right up behind me and never said anything. I later found out that was the manager. I sat in the lobby and the leasing agent offered to help and was very pleasant but got a phone call, then the manager came out to ask if we had been helped. While sitting there I over heard the manager and I am assuming the maintenance man going on and on about a tenant who wanted a new stove, the lady actually called and then the leasing agent told the manager the call was for her and the maintenance man yelled out she's not getting a new stove. We were then asked did we need help and we just asked could we see a unit and the manager said no you can not see a unit, you do not see the unit until you sign the lease. Well after seeing and hearing all this we said thank you and left. I do not know the circumstances about the stove, but I saw enough between the trash, debris, furniture in the parking lots, the rude and unprofessional staff, the lack of customer service and professionalism, and the lack of empathy for tenants we decided that this was not the place for me. I emailed the apartments and the manager Pam emailed me back saying that I would not be getting my deposit back. I paid $250 and I see me not getting the application fee back but to not get my deposit back is absurd. Can someone help.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to kno one U been living here almost two years and the pool has not been opened but yet they are charging us for it maintenance don’t do their job it takes them forever to respond the office never answer the phone

Horrible experience with these people and never even moved in. I paid my fees and the day before move in I was told I can’t move in until 7 days later because there’s no refrigerator in the unit. When the next time for move in came I was called the day before again to tell me I couldn’t move because power was knocked out of the unit by lawn mowers, and they canceled my whole move. Horrible place, also Mariah doesn’t know what’s going on more than half of the time. Would not waste time here!

I will never are move in this apartment are in my life anymore I will move out next year and I will tail no body too move in here so bad apartment bad bad that appt bad bad no good appointment this is bad bad apartment I don't have air in six day need to fix it

I applied in April, paid my app fee's had a move in date of May, then June and still haven't heard from no one. I've called the office several times no response. I guess this should be a warning sign.

Management won't answer when I file maintenance requests. The price online is not honored. They will not return my calls. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Been here for year and iv been dealing with things I shouldn't have too. Moved into a dirty apartment, nothing is accommodated at a timely manner. Ms. Pam does tries her best but she's only one person and needs more help.

Hello-Ive been here about 6 weeks. I have the newly renovated home. So far, the experience has been good. They've been expedient with work orders. I just have a screen door waiting to be replaced and they ordered it right away. I work from home and it's quiet. Anytime I see mgmt or maintenance, they always ask how I'm doing or if I need anything, not that I do, but it's nice of them. A neighbor stocks the washroom with rare produce which is kind of her. Overall, it was a nice move.

This is my experience at Park meadows, highly asthmatic, and they do not care what they put a person in, the living conditions are not right Ms Mariah, has I don't care attitude, Ms Stacy Shaw stated this isn't a reason to break lease. Gun shot in the window washing machine Not functional.what you see on the out side is not what you may get on the inside.

The Office workers have horrible customer service especially Mariah who instead of dealing with the issues starts acting like a 10 year old and screams into the phone and hangs up they add extra charges to your bills and none of the amenities work NO WORKOUT FACILITY NO POOL THE LAUNDRY facilities are horrible often dirty and un maintained I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I try to schedule an appointment for a walk through and this lady that was in the office with her boyfriend keep rescheduling because at first the 2 bedrooms wasn’t ready and today the 2 bedroom she wanted to show me she said somebody moved in there. I believe that was the most unprofessional thing to do

The one bedroom apartment is pretty spacious for one person. The location is nice and quiet not a lot of crazy drivers or anything at night. The managment team are extremely friendly with all the means to get whatever item you are needing along with very adaquit responding times to your phone calls.

I really do appreciate the staff and corporate. They are working with me on my bad luck and misunderstanding. I see alot of complaining. Its bad everywhere. Violence break in stolen cars but. Apartment complexes can be held accountable. That's what alarm systems are for. Ans 9 out of 10 a break in or theft is done by someone you know or children no. So watch the company that you and your children keep. Communicate patience and prayers
