Don't move here. It's not what you think, I've been here for 2 months wish I didn't and the neighbors are very mean and messy, The neighbors smokes when in the lease you not allowed to smoke in the building but they do anyway still even when I asked the front office can they say something, the smoke comes in my apartment through the vent, it burns my nose and my throat and makes my heart beat fast, but they call in on me moving in to my apartment, not friendly people, and the front office all they know how to do is put try to put people out without knowing both sides, This my first time living in a apartment and my last,

Rent is not bad, Ana was totally sweet, but they do allow smoking in the units, and I could not handle living in an apartment above a smoker. They also charge a nonrefundable $220 fee for a background check when everyone else charges $35.

If it's a choice between living at parkshire or living out of your car, choose your car.

If you dont have a car, save two months worth of rent and get one. The negative reviews you see for this place are not exaggeration.

This place is not somewhere you want to live. I scheduled a tour with them, and no one bothered to show up. When you try calling the office, you can hear the phone ringing on the other side of the door, but of course there’s no answer. On top of that, their voicemail is “full”. So, there’s no way to contact anyone regardless.
I spoke to a few of the residents while I waited. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue. They are never able to get in touch with someone, and there is no communication from the management team when something changes. Obviously, that bodes well for a potential new tenant, right?
Thank you Parkshire, for wasting my time and my gas.

I had a recent maintenance work order and the order was closed without a single request being met! If this was the 1st time I would understand and say it was a mistake but this happens on a regular! Very disappointed tenant!

I was scheduled today for a tour at 3: 30pm which i arrived 5 minutes early for due to the fact i work 30 minutes away. I get there and no one is in the office. I didnt recieve a courtesy message stating i need to reschedule, or anythibg in that nature. I wasted gas and my time. Im really disappointed as i was looking forward to moving here.

They are responsive everytime I call. They do the job right the first time and they are fast. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and professional. They have regular pest control. I would like to see them sweep inside the buildings and mop, lots of dust and cobb webs. Perhaps they can have some one clean the hallways and back stairwells, that would be nice!

I lived here at ParkShire. This company was a hard and difficult place to live. I am very sorry that we had to endure living in such a place that it was.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Tried called 3 times within 3 hours and have gotten nothing.

The property itself is OK. Good space, for the cost. However, they have raised rent every year, including during the pandemic. I'm told I am paying below market rent, but, the space is listed online as $3/month more than what I currently pay. They have even added on a "lability fee" to reimburse them for their own insurance, on top of whatever Renters Insurance we have with an insurance company. Because that additional fee does not cover our personal property. During the pandemic we have not received a break at any point. Instead, they are charging us the additional fees, to cover their business losses.

Parkshire is a GREAT community with lots of fun and great things to do. It is pet friendly and people are welcoming, I love the area and I am just Happy that we have a Park like Wilmore across the street, and Schnucks, and CVS and Walgreens across from our APT and in walking distance. The Rental Office staff is very friendly and make sure that you have what you need. Thank you Parkshire for some GREAT LIVING!

I have enjoyed this place it’s so close to a beautiful park and Schnucks. The apartment is very roomy but the most beautiful thing it would have to say the manger her personality, she listens and takes action to make her residence please I’ve heard good talk of doing when I walk my dog around the area magnificent job you sure did a good one hiring her instead of that guy
