Parkville Heights Animal Hospital

I have been bringing my pets to the Parkville Heights Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr. B was great. She thoroughly discussed the course of action for my pet and never made me feel rushed. She's awesome!

Great hospital. The staff is friendly. The vets take great care of my dogs. There is usually no wait when you check in. If you have a day of event they can usually squeeze you in.

Same receptionist repeatedly hangs up on me. I have called for Melissa a few times (5) and 3 of those times the same rude girl has hung up on me mid sentence.

We couldn’t appreciate Dr. Rose more! Always so helpful and super great with our pets. Would recommend 1000 times over!

Incredible vet clinic- tend to have a bit of a wait time but I don’t mind they are always quite busy! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

They are wonderful people and Dr. Rose takes her time with you and explains if anything is wrong with your dog and gives me satisfactory that my dog and cat are happy and healthy.

I had to have my poor 21-year-old cat put down. I was very sad. They were very nice and understanding and helped me through the process. She was laying on my lap when she took her last breath

Dr. Rose is excellent. She is thorough, kind, compassionate, and understanding. We've been taking our three dogs here for a couple of years now and she has helped us through routine care, surgery, dental cleanings, and follow ups for emergencies. I am so thankful to have such a great vet nearby.

First of all, I'm spoiled by another vet who is worth ten stars. But that doesn't mean Dr. Rose doesn't deserve each and every one of these five. I have a cat with a very complicated medical history, and she is absolutely amazing with him. She communicates, shares info she ideas, and is very knowledgeable.

We love taking our animals here. A few years ago we brought our Border Collie mix in since she wasn’t feeling better. Parkville Heights was our third vet office and last stop. Our pup ended up having cancer, but we finally had a diagnosis. Then we had a Great Dane with rather complex large breed issues and Dr. Barr gave us great care and advice that led us to a surgery at MU’s vet school and continued treatment until her death. We trust the vets here and wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else. Our animals are treated well and with kindness and so are we. I highly recommend Parkville Heights Animal Hospital.

UPDATE: We recently brought in our very ill cat and Dr. Rose was so caring and thoughtful. Her staff got us in without an appointment and got him hydrated and medicated. Thank you!

We love this place. Dr. Rose is great! She had taken care of all our dogs and thier needs. She is open and honest about what needs to be done.

Dr. Rose and her staff are amazing. They helped us through the death of our Pom and now are taking care of our new pup. They make are pets and us feel like part of the family!
